Wonderful Experience

I bought my 2017 Accord Hybrid EX-L from DCH Paramus! It was a wonderful experience. I met David Z a few months ago and he guided me through each individual model on the showroom floor. Very nice and professional. I bought my car last week. The car was perfect and he is very knowledgable. This dealership is very professional and I will not go to any other Honda dealership.

Great experience

I absolutely loved dealing with this dealer ship! Arron and Govaia were both honest with me and I appreciate that. I'm definitely coming back in the future when I need another car. My over all experience with this dealership and the workers was fantastic everyone is extremely friendly and answered every question I had honestly and straight forward.

Excellent friendly experience

There is not sales people, they are friends that help you get what you need. The show room is fantastic .,and so many cars to choose from

ALex Bernabe was great to work with.

We went in to buy three cars, which is unusual. When we were "discussing" the price and they were willing to let us walk out, we knew we had a deal so we bought the three HRVs. It didn't take hours, there was very little nonsense, and this is actually the second time we've used them. Bought our first Hondas there about 20 years ago.

Great customer focus

Dennis Estrada was very customer-oriented from my initial contact with him through the sale and follow up. He coordinated with Tiffany Velez who responded to my inquiry through the Costco Auto Program. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, I had a feeling we were in good hands with Dennis when he said I know you're pressed for time so I pulled the car up so you can test drive it right away. He answered all our questions and never came across as pushy, which put me at ease. I would highly recommend Dennis if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from DCH Paramus Honda. I got the sense that many employees are proud to work at DCH Paramus Honda and the dealership is well run. My only critique is that I would have preferred to learn about the extended warranty options prior to sitting down with the finance department. For me, deciding to add an extended warranty requires some time to consider the pros and cons and I didn't like how that option was presented to me during closing. Even so, the finance department provided all the information I needed to make my decision.

They did a great job getting everything together and helping me out getting the car I wanted. My first time at a real dealership and I loved it they were very helpful and kind. Fast and Easy,

Great Salesman!!, Fast and Easy made things stress free and no headaches. All it took was one phone call and i was set in a couple minutes! Went the following day and picked it up!, Had everything ready for me by the time i got there. Very knowledgeable and knows what hes doing, will recommend to anyone!

Great Experience!

I've dealt with this dealership in the past and have always had a positive experience. My purchase was a certified used Honda Accord. Everything went smoothly. From the price negotiations to the signing on the dotted line. My salesman, Hamad Deeb, was the best! I searched the used car inventory ahead of time and let him know which cars I was interested in. He let me drive them and than suggested another option which I immediately fell in love with and ultimately purchased. When it came time to pick up the car, I was done in less than 15 minutes! Overall a very nice dealership and a pleasant experience.

Dj Khaled voice "don't play your self"

Listen the dealership is on point. You don't need to take my word for it their numbers alone prove their hard work and dedication to deliver the ultimate car buying experience. Inot my honest opinion this is not an agressive dealership. I can tell you by personal experience this dealership is not after completing the sale they are after customer satisfaction if that means changing the color of the car u wanted 4, 5 times they did it. The dedication to client here is beyond reproach and you may think oh it's part of the job these guys actually care. I am also not the type to slander anyone or business, but if you want an example of what an agressive dealership is, take a look at Hackensack toyota. I can tell u first hand they are agressive and will make the sale feel unnatural. Not the case here. I spent my day working with Daniel Bacerra to get the perfect honda civic hatchback in modern metal or gun metal gray as I like to call it. We spoke of price, credit, and available options to me. Now I will be honest I have high credit so I knew from the jump I was a green light, I can't say what the experience would be like if it were different because that's a bridge we didn't have to cross but to keep it moving I'm more than confident daniel would have taken care of me if I needed a better option to achieve my choice car. Also I'd like to add daniel was not only knowledgeable of the car but I could tell he had a genuine interest in car as we spoke about other cars considered competition and we liked and disliked about them. Daniel was definitely easy going, not lazy, hard working, not agressive, consistent, never lacking. Daniel is a model employee and dch honda is lucky to have him. I'm confident that daniel will move up in the ranks and some day hold a managerial position and I would with out a doubt buy any other car from daniel and the dch team. I also worked with Jose Hernandez, who I've known a long time. I knew him when he was just a sales rep now he's moving up the chain and I have to say while daniel was doing the leg work Jose took care of the behind the scenes things, the most important being the bank. My man Jose was the right player I needed in my team. Listen the entire team is great I'm sure of it, but when you make that visit ask for daniel Bacerra and tell him what you are looking for in a car. He will make sure you get what you're looking for.
