DCH Paramus Honda

I want to express my complete satisfaction with DCH Honda and my sales person, Daniel Beccera. I never felt pushed or rushed into any decision. I already had a 2014 Civic but my lease was almost up and I loved the new design. Daniel was extremely helpful in working with me to get to the numbers I felt comfortable with and the deal was done. I'm sorry I do not recall the Finance gentleman's name but he was also helpful in moving things along. Picking up the car, during a day of heavy rain was also made easy. Daniel went as far as to transfering my child's car seat in the rain. I will be back in 3 years when this lease is up. Thanks to everyone at DCH Honda

Having bought cars at other Honda dealerships, DCH is definitely worth a visit for value shoppers. You may find it harder to fit everything in your budget but they will work with you to find the best value. Definitely recommend DCH Paramus Honda. Hopefully future services for the car will also be the same for the car I bought.

We are 3rd time buyers here. John Delgado was friendly and knowledgeable and the experience with him was good. The dealership is big and clean and all employees I met were friendly. I did end up buying a low mileage certified CRV, which was in great condition. To be honest, there were a few glitches the day I picked it up, in that the finance person had wrong the wrong loan rate and there were a few things missing from my car when I took delivery. . However,I called Matt, the sales manager who was on top of it, and he and John took care of the issues. Matt also threw in a few oil changes to make up for the fact that I had to return the next day from Pompton Lakes to get my missing car items. So, all in all, I would recommend DCH Paramus Honda, but with the advice to be sure you check that you have everything you are supposed to get when you pick up the car (esp. a pre-owned) and that you double check everything before you sign loan papers. So, for those "glitches", I will take off half a star for final rating.

Even though it took a while to find the Pilot to my liking, DCH Paramus Honda did a good job in looking for a similar car. Employees were courteous and helpful.
