My Experience with DCH Honda on Dec 26th 2016
I took a internet pricing and went to the dealership after their invitation. Was in the delearship and no- one attended me despite of being there for more than 45 mins. After 45 mins a CLient Advisor (Umair Khan) took me and discussed. Aparently they did not have the inventory that they offered me via the internet pricing. Then they checked with me on lower options and i was fine with that if i got a good offer. Finally they promised to show me a vehicle and i waited another 30 mins, Then the client advisor told me that the vehicle will late and requested me to come back the next day. I told him fine and left. I came back home and emailed him the requirements that i wanted; initially he was in a hurry to settle the deal and didnt care to ask me my requirements. He then said that it was not possible and i told him that i am fine and that I only want to go forward if the deal was really suiting me and closed the conversation. After a few days i got another email from him, asking me i i was still interested in the same vehicle and i told him , i am if he agrees to my requirments and price. He said, he could not do anything and i will have to come and talk to his manager. I told him that i could come, if he could guarantee me that my requirements will be through. He advised me that he cannot guarantee, but recommended me to come and talk to his manager as his manager could do anything. Then i asked him, if he was talking about the same car that he offered. To my surprise, he replied that he does not know what vehicle they got? Is he really a sales person? Was he kidding? He should value my time. He does not know which car he is talking about and really want to waste my time?? I wrote him a nasty email and he took it utpto his manager who called me. I missed his call and gave a call back. His manager gave me a price. I asked him if this new price was with everything that i requested to which he asked me if i am crazy? See be it Umair or his Manager. I have told my requirements in an email. If he was not agreeing, i am absolutely fine. They should not disturb me again and talk like this. I respect him and his manager's time and so should he respect his customer's time. To be honest, this person or his manager is a Jerk. I can't say that the dealership is bad due to these 2 folks, however i am writing down my recent experience!

First Time Buyer
I was in the market to buy a new car for the first time and Honda was definitely the brand I wanted to buy. My family’s owned Hondas for over 40 years. The first dealership we went to was close to my home and there were some glaring faults I observed immediately upon entering the parking lot of that dealership. Overall, the experience there was not, in the least bit, a good one and I’ll go into that later on. After that disappointing visit, I returned to looking at dealerships within 10-20 miles from my home and the DCH auto group dealerships had high ratings. We chose DCH Paramus Honda and I’m so glad we did. First off, as soon as we pulled into the parking lot and walked into the showroom, we were approached by our sales associate, Sean Boyd, who introduced himself and gave a firm handshake. At the first dealership we went to, our sales associate did not do this at all and we had to ask for his name. The dealership was very clean, well-lit, with good music (long live the 80s) and it put me in such a good mood already. Sean asked us what we were looking at first, if we knew what body style we wanted and features, then offered some refreshments and walked us around the showroom. There was no pressure and he let me and my family explore on our own. When I said I was interested in the 2017 CRV, he asked me what features I wanted – not the trim or my budget – and got a key to an EX-L model (that had the features I wanted) and told us we could take a test drive of it after he gave us a detailed walk-around. At the first dealership, we were not offered a test drive at all. Once we returned from the test drive, he still did not ask if we were thinking of leasing or financing, but rather if we liked the vehicle. Even after all that, when my parents and I were looking at the HRV, he did not try to pressure us into choosing. He just gave us the rundown of what the HRV had to offer. By that point, I knew I was definitely wanting to purchase a car then and there from DCH Paramus. Sitting at his desk, Sean was very frank about the pricing and probably jogged a good mile back and forth with offers and counteroffers. Eventually, he did have to pass the torch to Shadi Saadeh, sales manager. Shadi was also very courteous and honest and together we negotiated a very fair price for the vehicle. He’s definitely a very personable man and my family and I greatly appreciated that. This was different from the first dealership, who told me that because the model was new, there would be little to no negotiating, and they couldn’t give me an OTD price. DCH Paramus gave me an OTD price that beat the price of the vehicle that this first dealership was offering before they calculated taxes and other fees in. After we had the price of the vehicle in writing THEN Sean asked us whether we were buying, leasing, or financing. The first dealership seemed to want to push their own finance programs and then price the car based on that. I’m financing through my credit union for a very good rate and I told him so. When we spoke to the finance manager, Govaia Larcher, he asked if he could try to beat the interest rate offered, but I declined because I do prefer my CU. He simply agreed and dropped the topic and moved onto paperwork. All three men explained everything clearly and it seemed like the paperwork was done in seconds. Overall, my experience at DCH Paramus Honda was simply the best a first time buyer could get. I’m super excited to have my new car and to have it with all features I want at the price I like. You bet I’m recommending this dealership to anybody looking to get a Honda!

I have been leasing cars for a long time. Its not an easy process but I have to say that this go around was different. These guys made me feel comfortable, they were friendly and worked everything out with no problems . I can't wait to go back.

Great experience shopping\leasing with DCH Paramus via Dee
I originally leased a 2014 Honda Civic from Dee 3 years ago, so I figured I would come back and see if I could get a another great deal from Dee. I searched through the internet inventory of DCH Paramus and found the exact Civic with options that I was looking for and forwarded that info to Dee. He responded very quickly that the car was still available and to come up to his location to take a look at it, take a test-drive, and if I liked what I saw perhaps work some numbers. I drove up with my near end-of-lease Civic and and took the new model out for a spin. Needless to say 2.5 hours later I was driving home in a new 2016 Civic! I am always shocked and frustrated when dealerships play the numbers game and what was scheduled to be a quick visit turns into a frustrating all day ordeal. I am happy to say not with Dee or DCH! From the test drive, price negotiations, finance review, and vehicle prep, I was out in no time..feeling satisfied that my time and money were well spent. See you in 3 years! Rob W.

New Purchase
I wasn't expecting to be buying a new car, but out of necessity we went to DCH Paramus Honda to shop. First time in 14 years buying a new car, so needless to say I was overwhelmed by the differences in today's cars, and my 2004 CR-V. There was no pressure put on us to buy, but Hamad was very helpful in showing us the features and benefits of the 2017 Accord and 2016 CR-V. We returned a week later and purchased the Accord. It was the last day of the year, so it was busy. But we were able to leave that day in our new car and are very happy with the service and the fair price.

Good car buying experience
