Great experience with Hamad Deeb

We bought a 2017 CRV EXL at DCH Paramus Honda. We worked with Hamad Deeb and Lou Saadeh. They explained everything in details and the process went very smoothly. We are able to pick up our CRV within a week. They have a lot of cars/SUV in the lots so Hamad actually took us to the lot and walked us through each colors. He also reviewed all the features for Android Auto as well as Honda sensing on the day we picked up our CRV. He is very professional, courteous and honest. Now, we are just waiting for our registration so we can do inspection on the car.

Just an add on. We received our NYS registration after 7th business days today as Hamad has promised us when we picked up our car on 12/30. He kept his words! Do not worry to visit this dealership from NY. Thanks again Hamad for your service!

Bad customer service on DCH itself

I bought two cars from DCH, not even lease, full cash. My 2006 Pilot key screw came off and lost. Figure I come in and can give me a tiny screw. And they have to charge me $3 for that. WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE you have - DCH. That screw probably cost you 2 cents and you could have give it out for free. How often does these request come to you. Even so that cost you nothing and unlike DCH. If you buy a furniture from IKEA. You can go and they will let you get a replacement nut and bolts for FREE. I call that good customer service. All employee there have good service, just this experience on DEC 29 holidays time really ticks me off. Bah Humbug DCH.

Honest and no nonsense

Aron was professional, courteous, and honest. He provided me with an opportunity to test drive the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He was candid about any issues with the vehicle and treated me with respect. He did not waste my time and the transaction was a pleasure.

Best experience ever

My experience first began with Nicole Mejia after my interest in a vehicle I saw online. She was able to get me a great deal on a brand new vehicle. She was very courteous and professional and was able to answer all my questions over the phone which in turn spiked my interest. Afterwards when I arrived in was paired with the sales person Sunil Patel. He was very good at explaining all the details about my vehicle and gave me exactly what I was promised by Nicole which was excellent. Lastly I dealt with Christian in finance. He was very down to earth and explained all my options in detail and suggested products that matched exactly what I was looking for while suggesting some of his own based on my responses. Overall the service was quick, easy and enjoyable.

Great experience while recieving my vehicle.

Arrived at the location to have my former vehicle serviced and just wanted to ask a salesmen a question regarding a concern I had. To wrap it all up, I ended up with a vehicle that had been wanting and received great service from my salesmen to the mangers involved.
