Overall I had a pleasant experience in buying a pre-owned car here. I was worried about overconfident salespeople pressuring me to buy extras that I don't really need. But there was really none of that. Mark A. and the finance dept. handled everything in a professional manner. Very happy with my certified pre-owned Honda, which is in great condition.

This is our third trade and as expected, it was a very pleasant experience with our salesman Alex Bernabe. He always gives us the best possible options.

Walked in looking for a minivan for the family and walked out 6 days later with an Odyssey Touring. The staff was all smiles from day one. There would be guys literally outside asking if they can help. The coffee was delicious! Kedir from sales explained everything in great details to our satisfaction. Myself and my girlfriend came in to look for a Honda CRV. We walked in to work with Moe. Moe showed us the CRV's they had and explained what the warranty was for certified. He was able to speak on all the benefits of the CRV and the features between the different years. Moe was amazing!! He was a great help through out the entire process! This dealership was great!! The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They took time to review all the options with me, and help me find lower insurance rate. Overall, it was great experience. Will definitely go back there again.!

I came in the other day to purchase a car for my boyfriend and I. And the dealer, John Delgado was extremely helpful. He sat and helped us get the perfect car. I felt very comfortable asking questions in order to pick the right car. He got me the lowest insurance payments, and a decent down payment amount for the car I financed. There are no problems with the car, and I highly recommenced this dealership AND dealer to anyone who needs a car. I will definitely go back to John Delgado to purchase my next car. ...but Dee made it easy. I was sent a quote through e-mail and that was the price given to me - no haggling necessary. I have had experiences with other dealerships in the past where I felt the dealer tried to take advantage of me, so this was a pleasure. I will definitely go back to him when it is time to retire my other car.

There's an old saying that the more money you spend, the more aggravation you have to go through. I've found that to be true over the years between purchasing my home and the few new cars I've purchased. There always seemed to be salesmen and realtors talking to you like you didn't know what you were saying or not returning phone calls or giving wrong information, etc.. All of that changed when I came to DCH Paramus Honda and met with Hamad Deeb. I had an excellent experience! From the test drive to the sit down to the negotiations to the purchase, I never felt pressured or spoken down to. He was very thorough and professional and most importantly he always returned my phone calls or texts in a timely manner.. usually immediately. There was a bit of a negotiation that we had to go back and forth on but in the end, we decided on a price and my trade in that I believe was fair to both. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the car and the process. And when I picked up my car the day of delivery, he sat in the car with me and explained all the functions of the vehicle and asked me if I had any questions. I believe he would've sat there for an hour if he had to. If I ever see a need for myself or anyone I know to purchase a Honda, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Hamad in particular as the person to see. I would also like to thank Timothy Hall for a great experience. He was the financial guy I had to deal with and that was also a pleasant experience. He explained all the paperwork and options for additional warranties and never pressured me or gave me an attitude if I didn't want to purchase any extras. He did explain the pros of getting additional extended coverage thoroughly but did let me make my own decision ultimately.
