Honda Accord EX-L 2017

My family and I have been loyal DCH Paramus Honda customers for years. Stephen and CJ made my car leasing experience much easier. Stephen is extremely helpful and I would recommend him. He followed up several times to be sure there were no questions. I love my new car!!

Best place to search for a car

It was the best experience ived had searching for a car. Everyone was genuine and helpful throughout my time there. I would definitely go back there once my lease is up.

Great Experience!

I went to DCH since they had a much larger inventory of cars then my local Honda dealer. I met Stephen at the door and asked him to have someone look at my trade in while i checked out the inventory of new Honda Pilots. Needless to say they gave me a good price on my trade in and a fantastic deal on the new Pilot. I usually would never buy the same day but i knew my numbers and the deal was too good to pass up! Stephen was terrific the entire time- even offered me cheaper alternatives of buying a certified pre owned car. The Pilot is terrific and i maybe in the market for a Civic or Accord in near future. I will definitely see Stephen again when i am ready to buy!

Maintenance Service

I came here Monday November 21st, left my car at 8am and they were supposed to fix the sensors, alignment and tire rotation. I had an extended warranty to cover the expenses for all of this. They called me at 4pm telling me they couldnt do anything because I had to pay for this, mind you I had said I had the warranty and needed someone to speak to me in Spanish. I went to pick up my car and all they had done was change the oil and charged me for this. A worker named Christian who sold me the warranty, helped me get my money back. The clerk told me to come back to get my car fixed at 8am the next day, I came back the next day and the guy who told me to come back wasnt there and the person there told me they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. I lost a whole day of work, paid for a taxi for an oil change i couldve done myself. The warranty i paid for was for no reason and I plan to end it asap. I would definitely never buy a car from this place again. Freddy G.

Dee was incredibly helpful and patient when helping me buy my first new car! He took time to walk me through the process and assist me with everything. I can't thank him enough!

My experience with Umair.

Umair is a great Car Sales Man. He is exellent at helping my family and I with getting good cars and at a great price. Every time i need to purchase or exchange for a new car, i go to Umair. Thank You Umair, your service makes me want to back to Paramus Honda and get a new car, uniquely with you. He is exellent and deserves every customer to go with him. Loyalty

Every time I am ready to buy or lease a car I go to Paramus Honda. For my last two leases I worked with Dee Mustfa. Of course I would recommend him, I sought him out when leasing my most recent car. He understands and appreciates customer loyalty.

Very happy with the purchased!

My wife and I first met Alex Bernabe 14 years ago when we purchased from him our first car, 2002 Honda CRV. Alex was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and friendly. So when it’s time to buy a new car, we did not have a 2nd thought to go to Alex again. He went above and beyond to make sure that we will be happy and satisfied with our purchase of 2016 Honda CRV.
