Great CPO thru DCH Paramus Honda & Costco Auto Program!!!

Had a great experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle thru the Costco Auto Program and DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales contact was Alberto Cabrera and he was courteous and knowledgeable thus making us feel very comfortable making our purchase.

no shenanigans

My 23 year old daughter just purchased her first car. She bought a 2013 Honda Fit. Everything about the experience was excellent! We got lucky with the most patient, honest salesperson ever. His name is Aron Varela. He spent ALOT of time with us and did not rush us or push us at all. My daughter had many questions which he answered honestly and in a respectful way. So pleasant to deal with! The car itself had excellent reviews and she was looking for a compact car. We were interested in buying, but are always wary of pushy salespeople. Aron is very professional and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend him and hope he continues to be successful. On another note, my daughter LOVES her Honda Fit. It is very well designed, practical, and drives beautifully.

First Honda Experience A Great One!

I recently assisted my daughter in leasing a Honda Civic from this dealership. My initial contact was with David Marcus in the internet sales department. When we visited the showroom we were assisted by Anwar Mansour. Both gentlemen made the process easy and straightforward. Throughout our discussions with Mr. Mansour, he exhibited professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and integrity. We arrived at what was a fair price, with no hidden costs or surprises, and my daughter is delighted with her new Civic. This was our first experience with Honda and we look forward to returning to this dealership in the future when our family is again in the market for a car.

Amazing!

My experience at DCH Paramus Honda was so special. I came in so distraught after a horrible experience at two different Volkswagen dealerships. I knew getting a lease alone at 20 years old was going to be difficult but not impossible. I negotiated with Volkswagen for two days, for multiple hours, only to get denied- even after signing off on a contract, picking a car up from a warehouse and getting my insurance. On my way home, I stopped at Honda because I was determined to get a car on my own. My salesman, Justin Murren, was so accommodating and genuinely wanted to get me into a car. When I was feeling down and discouraged, not only did he get me a deal but he was sympathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond for me- he even helped me find a better deal for my insurance. John Medrano, the manger that finalized deal, was also so kind and so genuine. These men were honest and helpful- I would recommend everyone go see them! I can't say thank you enough!! :)

Outstanding satisfactory purchase experience!

Felt very welcomed, all my questions were answered, very kind and Alberto was exceptional! Left the dealer 100 percent satisfied with his help. First time experience with Honda was amazing and I for sure will come back and recommend to others I know as well. I can't think of anything that could have made my experience any better and I am in love with my new vehicle!

Best lease experience

DCH Honda on Rt. 4 in Paramus is amazing! I leased my 2016 civic from Jenssy. He was helpful, accommodating, thorough, and took his time to explain the fine print of my deal. I leased my first 2 civics from tenafly and will never go back. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to DCH Honda of Paramus.

Very satisfactory purchase experience

I visited DCH as a repeat customer, looking for a replacement for my 2011 Accord. I was referred Justin by the Costco Representative, Bill Sutera. Justin handled my inquiries in a very professional manner and was very efficient in handling the details when i decided on a trade in and purchase, The entire process was completed during my visit and I was able to drive my new Civic LX-P Coupe home. Justin was knowledgeable, courteous and I was very satisfied with the buying experience. I intend to conitnue my long relationship with DCH Honda.

Best place to buy the car

I was new to United States and wanted to lease a car but it was getting difficult . So I went to try DCH HONDA, located in Paramus and there I met this guy Dee Mustafa who was the best sales representative I met so far. He helped us get a good deal, and also best possible promotions associated with it. I am thankful to Dee for helping us and getting us the best deal, excellent place to buy the car. I recommend people to make DCH as their prime option to buy Honda cars. DEE YOU ROCK !
