DCH Paramus Honda

If I had to do it all over again, I will blindly walk in to this dealership! Justin was extremely nice and very thorough right from the start until we left with the car.

It began with my parents over 20 years ago and their first Honda Civic. Then my husband and I purchased our first Honda Accord followed by a Honda Fit, our own Civic and now a brand new Honda CRV. What stood out the most during our most recent visit was how John Delgato repeatedly brought me back to the question of "Which car do you really want? Ill do my best to make that option happen." It wasn't about upselling or getting rid of vehicles. It was about me driving away with a car I love for a price I could afford. There was no pressure or tricks. I got the car I walked in to buy for the price I could pay. That simple! John treats me and my family like extended family. I know that may sound surprising but I love it! I would 100% recommend this Honda dealership and 100% recommend seeing John Delgato. See you in a few years John : )

I wound up at DCH Paramus Honda by chance. I was a prior DCH Toyota customer of service manager Michael DeAngelis. We were in need of a new car and when I went to Toyota to see my trusted service advisor of over 20 years and half a dozen cars, I was surprised to learn he'd been promoted and moved to DCH Honda in Paramus. I gave him a call and told him my Wife and I were in the market for a new car... we were leaning towards toyota and didn't know who to trust with him gone. He invited us up to Honda and asked that we give Honda a shot as they have some pretty amazing cars. We really went to just look and compare to Toyota's Camry and RAV4, but such was the level of service, knowledge, product reliability and honesty of the service department headed by Mike and the salesman he set us up with, Stephen Berkowitz that we actually left with a brand new Accord EX. They didn't pressure us, they didn't play games with the numbers (you know, the old "tell me what you want to spend a month" speech), they gave us a bottom line price and let us choose if we wanted an additional warranties. These by the way are where they make their real money in a new car sale and when we turned down almost all of them, they didn't even try to change our mind. Everyone from the top down was professional, courteous and honest. They did try to sell us a car, they sold us on themselves and let us decide if we wanted a car. By far and away an excellent experience all around and we are very grateful for Michael DeAngelis and Stephen Berkowitz for their integrity.

Daniel helped in making my week! I walking into the dealership late Monday night to look around and get an idea of what I may want. I was led to Daniel who from the start until he walked us to my new car, was extremely helpful and sincere. I was a little weary at first (not at Daniel) but in general from dealerships as I had bad experiences before. I wasn't even sure If I was getting a car this night but Daniel understood my budget, reservations on used cars and so on. He definitely eased my reservations and showed me a great car. It not only looks great but it runs fantastically and everyone asks me if its this years model. I got a 2013 Honda Civic and I am beyond happy with it and the service I got, both From Daniel and DCH Paramus Honda. Definitely recommend going to Daniel for your next car! Gracias Daniel!!
