After reading remarkable reviews on Steve Chan, I decided to stop in to meet with him and see what he can do for me. I went in with the intentions of only looking but I left with a brand new Accord EX a few hours later. Steve lived up to his reviews. Being a first time buyer, the whole process is very stressful but Steve eased my concerns. He explained all my options and really worked with me to get a number that I was comfortable with. He was full of knowledge as he's been with there for 16 yrs. He was caring, friendly, made you feel like he's known you for years. I would highly recommend Steve.

I contacted DCH Honda becasue I had leased cars from them before. I was out of state but went to another Honda dealer and found what i wanted.. I communicated via the internet with Jake Lanza and was finally matched up to Alex Bernabe. I got a very good price (having compared DCH's price to other prices I was quoted). Alex was very efficeint moving me in and out in less than an an hour. During that time I became very familiar with all necessary and primary functions of the car during thanks to Alex walking me through it. This was actually a good experience in addition to being quick and painless. Internet communications with Jake were crisp and concise and when I went to pick up the car, he came out to introduce himself. Nice Touch! Hi name should appear below as he was first contact and set the stage. The experience was far above my expectations.
