My salesman Hamad Deeb, was very friendly, helpful and informative. I have visited many other dealerships, but Hamad was the only salesperson that made this experience stress free. He listened to all our requests and was more than happy to work with us, and take into consideration what we wanted. I have to honestly say it was the best experience we have ever had of purchasing a new car. He was never pushy or difficult. He was always patient and eager to please. We now own our new Honda and Hamad is still calling and making sure we are satisfied. This dealership and this salesman gave my husband and I the best experience ever.

I recently bought a car from DCH Paramus Honda and the sales rep KEVIN was fantastic, the weather was horrible and freezing but he made it bearable, it was a long day but I did not feel pressured to purchase quickly. I recently had the opportunity to buy a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX with the excellent help of Joseph England, who has been more than excellent in his attention and service to me and my wife. He has provided perfect service while dealing with us through the purchase process. I have to say Thanks to him for the personal attention he has taken while taking care of all that is involved when buying a new vehicle. The wisdom can only be learned through experience and it is only given to those that are willing to learn from life. He has what it takes to make the experience as enjoyable as possible and also will make sure that you are at ease through all of the process. He will be in contact with you and will not sell you things that salesman try to get you to buy. he is an honest man and for that I appreciate all of his hard effort. I recommend him and I will be referring all of my family and friends who are interested in buying a new vehicle. I have been impressed by him and this is the reason that I am writing this review. On the way to Boston from Virginia, we had to deal with a broken-down car on the Garden State Parkway. Having asked to go to the nearest Honda dealership, we were brought to DCH Paramus Honda. Distressed and lost, we were not sure what to expect. There came Joseph England. He was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, enthusiastic, patient and thoughtful. Because of him, our unfortunate and stressful incident got turned around into a much more pleasantly memorable experience, and we left DCH with smiles & satisfaction. Joe will always remain one of our favorite car salespersons!

The initial reason I visited this dealership was the excellent customer reviews. I had been researching dealerships for a while not only for special offers but also customer service. Of all the dealerships I researched DCH Paramus Honda kept coming up as the best rated by customers. So, naturally after deciding it was finally time to get a new car, I visited the dealership. I was not disappointed I received friendly greetings upon arrival and was assisted right away. At the time I was debating whether to purchase a Honda Civic or a Fit. My salesman, Jenssy was patient enough to explain my options and let me test drive both. I decided to lease the 2015 Honda Civic. During the negotiation process I felt that Jenssy was attempting to obtain the best price that would allow me to stay within my budget. I felt there were no pressure tactics used and I received a GREAT deal but best of all I now have a brand new Honda Civic. I would recommend the dealership as well as Jenssy to all my friends and family. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Also, Jerrod Hurley from the Finance department was very personable and helpful in providing other option packages. Best car buying experience ever!

Dee Mustafa did a great job .He was very helpful from the moment I walked in to the very end when I left in my new car ! I lost count of the times he stood up to help me get information .i know he was exhausted by the time we were done. I'm very thankful and happy .

I walked in just to have an idea ,little did I know I was leaving with something better than what I wanted at the price I was looking for .Dee Mustafa was the sales person that helped me and he did a great job ,he didn't pressure me at all what sales people usually do .i lost count of the times he stood up his desk looking for information to help me .i knew by the time we were done he was exhausted but he stood with me until I got in my car and even connected my Bluetooth. I took my husband with me so I wouldn't do anything crazy but even he was impressed with the good job Dee did and let me tell you he's hard to impress :) .I recommend everyone who goes there to ask for Dee Mustafa We left with a great deal.

Steve was an excellent sales representative. Very polite and knowledgable with regards to the available Hondas. I would recommend Steve to any one in the market for a new or used Honda.
