Alex Bernabe has consistently been reliable, courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is the fourth car we have leased from Honda through him. We didn't have to do anything, everything was taken care of for us. All we did was sign the paperwork and the car was waiting in our garage. In addition, he explained everything that we needed to know. Overall, he provided an excellent customer service. He's truly a valuable asset to your company. Hi Joseph Where can I start? As I previously discussed we had visited a few dealers throughout the week and ran into disappointing experiences. From a salesperson asking 6k for a deposit on a lease to walking around a dealership without anyone asking if we needed assistance. We decided to try our first experience with Honda and what a joyful one it was, to say the least. As soon as we drove into the parking lot, we felt you accepted us a part of a "Honda" family member. The My experience buying a Honda Ex the experience the most enjoyable was the sales representative, Stephen Berkowitz. Buying a used car while trading in an old one is stressful and time consuming and Stephen made us feel comfortable throughout. In addition, I am happy with the price we paid .

I had an excellent experience with Joe. I was new to car buying and Joe's soft voice and friendly disposition was such a welcome surprise from my picture of pushy salesmen. His philosophy of telling you "like he sees it" rather than what you want to hear was refreshing. From admitting that he found certain models to be overpriced, to insisting that we test drive to make sure it was the car for me, his policy of honesty went a long way with me. I am a difficult and pushy person when backed into a corner, and Joe was more than happy to try to help me get a deal, and when I was still not satisfied he quickly brought in a manager to hammer out the prices. I appreciated his lack of "show" and his commitment to get me out of the dealership with the best deal within one hour (my time is very valuable to me). He also intervened to make sure that, upon my request, the dealership would not contact me again to coerce me into the shop, assuring me he would be the ONLY point of contact and would only call me directly himself. I highly recommend if you are worried or scared of salesmen and dealerships to ask for Joseph England. A real class act.

What did DCH Paramus Honda do? They sent Stephen to come pick me up because I was stranded at the other dealership.
