DCH Paramus Honda

I wanted to get a new CR-V and I called Alex Bernabe at DCH Honda - again. Alex was so very helpful four years ago when our daughter needed to get a new car - he made the best possible deal ever for her, which then convinced me to purchase a new car through him as well. Alex works to get the best deal and is never pushy about it and it was another great experience. I will be back!

I met Stephen in late February when my fiancée turned in her leased Civic to lease another. It was the quickest and easiest experience ever at a car dealership. He ran numbers and let us know which models (Fit vs. Civic) and which trims (LX/EX) would result in what prices. I knew when I bought my next car, it'd be from him if possible. About a month later, my nightmare of a VW left me stuck for the last time, and I replaced it about a year early. I really didn't have the amount of down payment I wanted, nor did I have my VW paid off to the point I wanted, so I had less money than planned going into the deal. That didn't matter to Stephen and his sales manager... They got me approved and in the car I fell in love with on the lot - a like-new 2013 Accord Coupe. Yes, my payment is a bit higher than I wanted, but I didn't have to drive an unreliable car for another year or two, either... The payment isn't due to DCH, it's due to the financial situation I came in with, and some dealerships wouldn't even have been able to make the deal work, but Stephen and DCH did. I will most definitely be back for my next Honda. As will my fiancée after her 3/36,000 is up. Also: Stephen stays LATE to make stuff happen, and even in horrible weather. Both of us got our cars in blizzards, and we worked the deal on my car well past closing on a Friday night. The weather and the clock didn't matter to Stephen - me getting the car I wanted mattered to him.

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at DCH in Paramus, NJ and view the experience as positive. For an incredibly busy day at the dealership we were well tended to through every step of the buying process. Of particular note was our salesman Dennis Estrada, who took us on test drives in two vehicles, without the slightest sense of pressure to make any particular choice or decision. Dennis pleasantly gave us the facts and then let the vehicles "speak for themselves". Can't ask for a better buying experience.

I wanted to say how wonderful it was to deal with Denise Estrada in getting my new car. I had a previous Honda with Freehold of Honda but needed to get new car as my lease was coming up. Denise took the time to listen to what I wanted from the type of Honda to how I wanted the interior. He found my dream car and then worked with me closely so we could make my monthly payments work for me. He was amazing and being a woman I often fear dealing with car salesmen, but he made me feel comfortable and I trusted him. He is exceptional. John was diligent and professional during all the process to lease my car. He resolved all the questions, showing that he know in deep not only the characteristics of the product he was trying to sell but also was knowledgeable about the documentation required. On March 20th, me and my boyfriend went into DCH Paramus Honda. We were referred by a friend. We were not sure if we wanted to lease or finance a car and we had many questions, being that it was our first car as well. However, Jenssy Diaz was excellent in providing us with answers to all of our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. However, what I loved about his service was that it did not feel like all he was interested in was making a sale. He really took care of us and made sure that we were happy with our selection, giving us all our possible options. We would recommend to all of our friends and family. I want to thank Elana Zvanets for getting me into the car of my dreams! She took such good care of me and even helped entertain my three year old (who was determined to run amok and be the center of attention). My transmission had died the day before, I was driving a rental and exhausted from a long, stressful week but she made the process so smooth and simple. I didn't even plan on buying a car Saturday and sort of just stopped by to look but I was genuinely delighted to go home the new owner of a 2012 Camry. Dennis Estrada and Jose Hernandez are the people you should be asking for immediately upon entering the doors of this dealership. I had taken my car to trade in for a certified car that I knew I could feel safe and confident in and that is exactly what I had got, and more. As a poor college student just starting to build credit, I'm unable to make high payments on a used car; both Dennis and Jose understood my position and went above and beyond to get me what I needed and wanted. They are both prime example of human kindness and excellence. This dealership offers amazing warranties on their certified cars and helps people in a less than ideal position.
