I went in with a budget and not knowing what to expect. Edwin and Erick went above and beyond to meet not only my budget but also my needs. Being the first time I bought a car t,he process went easier than expected. They were able to find a car in my budget with low miles and for a great deal And on top of all which i loved. Edwin Torres and Erick Arroyo you made my experience at DCH Paramus Honda a great one!

John is a very straight-forward young man with a big smile, lots of enthusiasm and potential. I would like to emphasize "straight forward" here, as this is not a common trait you find amongst car dealers. I did some research before the purchase and visited other dealers. I dropped by this dealership because of its proximity to where I live and price point. And I hit jackpot with John. I got everything I wanted--honesty, productivity and great pricing--and then some--two free oil changes. I would definitely send my friends his way. Thanks John, for making it so easy.

Something not right!
First of all, I called about a used car they had advertised online. The car online was listed as having 26,000 miles on it. I called to confirm this before driving 90 minutes to get there and also to confirm the condition of the car. After arriving and being handed the keys, once the ignition was turned on, the mileage was reading 34,000 miles which was 8,000 miles over what was advertised and stated to me over the phone. That wasn't a deal breaker for me but once I started looking at the car, there was damage to the rear wheel well and door on the passenger side. I was told on the phone that the car was "spotless". There was no mention of any damage on the car when speaking to them on the phone before driving out there. The salesman was trying to act too cool and thought that I was just going to be receptive to his silly answers about the issues I was finding with the car once there. I was really annoyed after driving an hour an half to get there and immediately left after that. I would not feel comfortable buying a car from this place.

I just purchased a Honda Civic 1 week ago. Although it took more time than I expected, they met all my needs, and sold me a car. We only negotiated 2x instead of back and forth. The lease was right and the people were teriffic. I love the car and would recommend the dealership for your new car needs.

Mike Swalha was the best salesperson I have had the opportunity to work with. I purchased the car out of state (UT) and picked it up in NJ and Mike handled everything through the long distance transaction perfectly. I was picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to find my car exactly as described beautifully detailed with a full tank of gas. I would buy a car from Mike again, and would recommend him to anyone. I am extremely picky with salespeople and expect alot out of them. He fulfilled all requests and exceeded my expectations.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a dealer. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L so yes fully loaded and afte taking delivery at 5:30pm, the features in the car were not working by 9:00pm when I was headed to Delaware from NJ. I called the dealer and emailed them on Monday and didnt get a response till Tues, then Wednesday spent 3 hours at service and they tell me they have no clue what the problem is (again this is a new vehicle not a used vehicle) If i do not call them they do not call me to tell me anythin. It is now Friday of the same week, so yes, not even a week and i have no car, no one is helpful because they all say call, sales, call service, call the manager, I cant guarantee you that, and it goes on. Now since ive told them that ive called my lawyer they say that they may have my car by Monday but cannot guarantee it and this is with express service. HORRIBLE DEALER-Horrible sales rep HAMAD DEEB- Horrible Finance Manager JOSE TORRES- horrible all together, no call backs i have not had my car a wk and have only driven it for 3 days.

Excellent buying expereince, avg Service Dept
I have bought 2 new vehicles, and Accord and a Pilot. In both cases i was given quotes over the internet, which other dealers said would not be honored when I went to purchase and they refused to negotiate on the basis of the quotes I had. In both cases DCH honoed the quote and the purchasing was hassle free. I have been to the service department a couple of times and I waould rate as average. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad. Somewaht difficult to get an appointment and I have been left on hold for extended periods, but no worse than other dealers
