I recently purchased a Honda Pilot 2013 with John Park. My experience purchasing the car was excellent. Mr. Park's professionalism, patience, and knowledge is truly impressive. I just purchased a 2013 Honda Fit from Shadi Saadeh and he was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He kept in touch via email as we were trying to find a purple one (which apparently is extremely rare in the tri-state area) and when he found one all the way in the Poconos, he drove there and picked it up quickly. I recently purchased my sixth Honda vehicle, of which includes a prior Acura. My experiences in all previous Honda/Acura acquisitions have been mediocre at best until I entered DCH Paramus Honda. The Sales Manager Jose Hernandez and the Sales Consultant Bryan Andrade are very valuable assets to your dealership. They have restored my confidence in automobile purchasing as they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I advised Jose and Bryan of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay...not only did they deliver, they both did so with out the nonsense, and the back and forth that I have been subjected to in the past. Moreover, Bryan returned my calls promptly, took the extra time to ensure that I understood how to use the newest features of the vehicle, and called me after to ensure that I was satisfied. Count on my return as well as the referral of my family, friends and clients.

This experience was fast, easy and a pleasure. Mike Swalha is an honest, genuine sales person who didn't "Sell" me on anything. Instead, he was very honest and factual about what I would get for my money. Before I could realize it, I was driving home in a car within my budget and happier than I expected to be. This is the third time I have been to DCH Paramus Honda for a car. The reason I keep returning is due to friendliness, honesty, and helpfulness of Hamlet Liriano and William Sutera. I had a positive experience in dealing with them 3 years ago and that is why I keep returning. You never feel pressured when dealing with Hamlet and William, which is another reason why I keep returning. They are extremly helpful and really take the time to deal with you. I have referred my friends to this dealership and to see Hamlet and William when they get there. I look forward to dealing with both of them for my next lease.
