John Park is an excellent salesman. One of the reasons we decided to deal with him is because he displays professional work. He knows the cars he's selling in detail and he shows respect throughout our negotiation. It was the first time in buying a car where I did not negotiate to the point where the sales manager needs to step in. This shows me the level of trust his manager has upon John. I definitely recommend John to other buyers. He is friendly and easy to talk to. Basically, he is what you would expect from any car salesman but only more.

Mr. Martin was very professional and adjusted his sales ethics to my ability to buy at a certain price. He used a small amount of pressure to make the sale but in no way did he overstep a professional approach. It was fun to have the back and forth banter. In the end I believe we both had a little give and take.

John Medrano is a gem! He is sweet, sincere, and attentive to the customer's needs. Rather than being pushy, he listened to what I wanted and worked on my behalf. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and was there for me every step of the way. From taking the car (a spanking new CR-V) for a test drive, through the entire process (including negotiating), until I left the dealership with my new car, John could not have been a better person to deal with. On the one occasion that he was not able to keep an appt., he called me to let me know and even offered to come in on his day off to accommodate me! I was getting a price and after we agree on a price "suddenlly" the car sold and not available anymore . if you want same car you need to pay $50 extra per month ! after seeing a manager who offcourse backed his employee up i just realized how they work and why they get very bad score and customer service reviews !!! i will never deal with people who lies and don't even admit it !!! too bad there is no law can force them to sell for the same price initially offered since they work on bait and switch system that preaty much screwing anyone that is not educated enough !!! shame on you !!! this is not the way to do buisness

I had a great experience at DCH with Hamlet Liriano. I was planning on buying an Altima, but I was not at all pleased with the dealership I went to. After leaving the Nissan dealer, I went to DCH because of an ad. They had already sold the car in the ad, but they showed me an Accord that I was looking for. They worked with me to get the price to a point where I would buy it. They also were able to get me the color I wanted from another dealer. I had an excellent experience and would recommend the dealership and Hamlet to anyone.
