DCH Paramus Honda

Jose Hernandez was very informative and very helpful throughout the process of our purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure the process ran smoothly. He sat down with us and showed us the car inside and out to review all of the options we had on the car. He did an excellent job.

This is my third car I leased through DCH. Their salesmanship is great and they treated with me respect. I had a price in mind and they met my price. I will continue to highly recommend DCH to fiends and family. It's also very convenient that I live about 3 miles from the dealership.

Price is bad for trade in value of the car. It does not follow the price listed in the Kelly blue book that the Honda website had included. Instead, another system was used that sounds like Galvon (sic) as per the dealership and totally dismissed the Kelly values that came from the Honda website. Customers are therefore lured into a false sense of knowing what they are deserving of their trade in car which in dealer's reality is way off the trade in value of the Kelly blue book (and what other car makers had offered before we went to Honda). The OTD price maybe competitive but the trade value is way off. This practice should stop. Get the Kelly blue book out of the website if you are using a different system. I understand it is a marketing ploy but it is not an honorable way of luring customers. The salesperson, Raphael however was very thorough and helpful with showing us the car and checking out the equipment to make sure it is working before it leaves the lot. I would recommend the dealership for that.

DCH Paramus Honda beat my lowest quote from another local Honda dealership by over $3000. Best service. Best knowledge. Best price. They don't want you to be satisfied...they want you to be Thrilled. If you DON'T buy/lease from DCH Paramus Honda...I feel badly for you.

we were absolutely stratified with the service, which Hamlet Liriano provided to us. He was polite and patient, explains in details everything about the car, i was interested in.The result you can see, we bought the car! service was perfect, price was good, there is nothing to add.

salesman was excellent, orig price quoted via email by manager was misleading. total price usually includes dealer prep. upon arrival was told that it wasn't part of the price. I felt this was misleading. In the end I bought the car at the price quoted but I had to negotiate it back to quote.

From the moment I walked into DCH Honda I felt nothing but kindness and friendliness. Gerard was the best. He answered every question and helped me with every desicion. What I enjoyed most was he made me feel like every descion was mine and mine alone. I've been to many car dealerships where I was told what car was best for me even though I had no interest in the cars I was being showed. I would recommend DCH Honda to all my friends and family.

I am the type of person that literally gets a knot in my stomach when I walk into a car dealership - but that is not the case with Paramus Honda! They are honest, upfront, and extremely helpful, there is no game-playing going on here (have had that experience in the past with other dealers). It truely is a breath of fresh air to purchase a car there. Hamlet & Judy were both extremely professional & could not have made it any easier for me, I cannot recommend them enough. This is my 2nd lease with Paramus Honda & I will definitely be back in 3 years for another one!

This hands down was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!! Tom and Wael are an absolute golden asset to DCH!!! These two guys exemplify what customer service should be!
