I mived from Westchester County in NY almost 3 years ago...

I mived from Westchester County in NY almost 3 years ago and kept going to White Plains Honda because I was comfortable there. I knew about DCH Paramus Honda but found it difficult to get there. However, since it is closer to me ( I loive in river Edge, NJ) I decided to do a GPS and found it easily. Boy am I glad I did. It saved me a toll for the Tsappan Zee Bridge and a 40 minuite drive. I was in for a scheduled maintenance and found the service to be friendly and efficient. I was out in 40 minutes and was treated well.

From the moment I walked in everybody asked if I was...

From the moment I walked in everybody asked if I was being helped and was very attentive to my needs and wishes and they all seemed very approachable. Once I informed them of the vehicle I was interested in it was brought out to me warmed up and ready for a test drive. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and that was a very good feeling because i hate nothing more than pushy sales people. Michael and Jonathan were both very helpful in making sure I stayed in my budget, extremely friendly, and made sure that all my questions were answered before i left. Thats why I gave the rating I did

My experiance was perfect. Hamlet worked with me, even with my delay's. He did not pressure me into a vehicle. This was probably the least stressful experience I have had with any car dealer. Tarek was also great. He explained at the details of the lease and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. Hamlet and Tarek were very professional and I would lease/purchase from them.

Great service, Gareth Crosdale was respectful,pleasent and we would recommand Gareth Crosdale to another buyer. We had a situation where we forgot the down payment check at home and Gareth after talking with management he got the okay and took my husband back home with the new car we were purchasing. We purchased our new Honda Odyssey from Christina at...

We purchased our new Honda Odyssey from Christina at Paramus. They gave us a very hard time in getting the registration. One day she would say that the plates have arrived and that she has mailed, but very next day she would say they havent received the plates. Then she confirmed that she gave an incorrect VIN number. My husband had to follow up for almost a month in getting the car registered. There were many more such instances with her. She is just a big liar. Please do not get your car from her. Also, at the end of the deal, inspite of all this, she forced us to give her a 5-star rating. she made our entire car buying experience a disaster for her.

John was great!!!! Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable on internet sales. Made the process easy and quick. I appreciate all his help and hard work. Very good rep! I've been contacted already about transfer of title. I feel that my overall experience with this dealership was really good. The only thing is they weren't very explicit about some of the cosmetic dings I found the car had once it arrived. So my only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more detailed pictures and descriptions of things that are wrong with the vehicles for sale in the future. Otherwise, everything was great and overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you!

The salesman I dealt with named Yohan came off young, unprofessional, and very unaccomodating. I was there no longer than ten minutes. He spoke quickly, more like rambled, did not seem interested in my needs, barely allowed me to speak and answered phone calls during our appointment. He came across as a "know it all" rather than knowledgable. Much better service at Garden State Honda in Passaic. More knowledgable, patient and accomodating salesman named Charlie. Yohan could learn a thing or two from him! After receiving an apology from the sales manager Patel and being given a more courteous salesman, Mel, my experience was much more informative as well as helpful when Mel explored my options with me working within my budget. He really put the time into helping me figure out what I could afford and worked the numbers out to make it easier for me. This dealership would benefit from having more professional salesmen like Mel employed rather than risk losing business having ones like Yohan around.
