DCH Paramus Honda

The salesman I dealt with named Yohan came off young, unprofessional, and very unaccomodating. I was there no longer than ten minutes. He spoke quickly, more like rambled, did not seem interested in my needs, barely allowed me to speak and answered phone calls during our appointment. He came across as a "know it all" rather than knowledgable. Much better service at Garden State Honda in Passaic. More knowledgable, patient and accomodating salesman named Charlie. Yohan could learn a thing or two from him! After receiving an apology from the sales manager Patel and being given a more courteous salesman, Mel, my experience was much more informative as well as helpful when Mel explored my options with me working within my budget. He really put the time into helping me figure out what I could afford and worked the numbers out to make it easier for me. This dealership would benefit from having more professional salesmen like Mel employed rather than risk losing business having ones like Yohan around.

Hamlet as well as everyone else involved in the sale were great with working with my budget. I did not feel pressured to do anything I did not feel comfortable with. The deal was very fast and I was very happy to have my new car that same night.

The sales department stood by their promises, both written and verbal. Standing by the verbal agreements was very refreshing in todays market place. I appreciated the video screen at the entrance indicating customers names and salesperson to whom the appointment was made. Your receptionist was extremeley friendly and helpfull, even with a phone system that was not functioning correctly.

I have been searching for a car for a long time and had no luck getting the service and price that i wanted, until i walked into DCH Paramus Honda. This dealership is by far the best dealership i have ever been to. Lil Joe was the sales consultant who greeted us. He was extremely pleasant and had a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable and unbelievably professional. I will definitly send all my family and friends to him. Thank you Joe.

I have bought several new cars throughout my life and I found this to be a very easy, enjoyable experience. Joseph Casciari was very helpful and I feel he had my best interest at heart. He has a great personality and is a definite asset to the dealership.

It wasn't until Mr. Magnus got involved that I had a fair experience. Mr. Patel and Mr. Lister played the bait and switch game changing the car price every time I went to visit. After Mr. Magnus got involved the sale became a smooth process. I would only recommend the property by advising them to deal with Mr. Magnus directly.

He was very nice and kind while I was asking for information about the car that I leased. And he was trying to proceed with lease as soon as possible. I once again appreciate his kindness and will recommend him for my friend. He did a good job. Thank you.

Everything Mr. Poreccea told me on the phone was exactly on target the day I picked up the car. The paper work process was smoothe and prompt and everyone who I encountered at the dealership was friendly and knowledgable.
