Price was good not great because the offer I wanted was not worked out. Quality of work was great because the car looked great upon pick up. Friendliness was good not great beacause I was not taken serious until I started walking out of the dealership. Customer service was good. Overall experience was good but the car I really wanted was a Pilot Touring and I couldn't believe there was not one available!

Nat made it very easy to get a deal done and was very helpful in finding extra savings. This dealership had a ton of cars to choose from so as long as you know what model you want they pretty much will have it in stock. And Nat also made it simple so that all i had to do was deal with him, he took care of everything and everyone else.

Raphael Ramos has been a great help to us showing us the cars we wanted and helping us decide positively. He was nice and friendly. A good staff to keep and asset to the company. We just waited for a while and it has been quite a wait. Hope the wait will be shorter.

Great people...nice to do business with ...great experience....Joe Casciari was wonderful, very polite, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, great person. Overall very nice experience, although I spent 4+ hours at the dealership. Nice dealership, very accomdating, very customer focused.

Joe was very accomodating. Inquiring many times if he could get me coffe and/or a bagel. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He was a very pleasant friendly sales person. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friend seeking a Honda auto.
