It was my second time visiting DCH Paramus Honda and once again, i was very satisfied. All the employess are very friendly. Also,the employee that worked with me tried very hard to give me a good price, which it never disappointed me. I really recommend others to go and visit.

I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales...

I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales rep, Joe Casciari, was very knowledgible and accommodating to our needs. I appreciated the fact that Joe took time on his day off to acquire our vehicle so we had it as quickly as possible. The only negative part of the visit was the down time in between the actual sale and the finalization of paperwork with the financing department. As for Honda, I don't understand how they can advertise the Honda Pilot as an 8 passenger vehicle and not supply a simple floor mat for the last row of seats on a $36,000+ car. Now I have to purchase a $50 mat for a car that is so well equipped in every other way. Robert J. Marini

The dealer gave me a good price for the car and was really helpful and nice to me the whole time, checking up on me for a couple days after i picked up the car to see if the car going driving all right. He also adequately all the questions I had about driving a car and the specific car.

It was a pleasure working with DCH Paramus Honda. My salesperson, Kadir was very helpful. He did not pressure me and made a point of answering all of my questions. When I went to pick up the car, the finance department informed me of my choices but left it to me to decide without interference. It was a very positive experience! Oh and PS...the car is great!

This made my second purchase of a Honda car at DCH Paramus Honda. My family had pleasant times there. Larry Xiang assisted us both times. We enjoyed the discussions with Larry and fully trusted he is an honest and friendly salesperson. Larry is also very knowledgeable in whole process of car purchase. My wife and I walked in looking for a specific Honda...

My wife and I walked in looking for a specific Honda Accord. After a quick walk of the lot and some paperwork we left with that exact car. At no point were we pressured to upgrade. The sales process was accomodating and price negotiation not stressful. Great experience.

Experience with salesperson - Steven Chan - was...

Experience with salesperson - Steven Chan - was wonderful. Honda's warranty, however, is awful. Other cars manufacturers come with a 5 year warranty (included in the negotiated price of the car), Honda with 3. Having to pay (a lot extra!) for a full warranty is deceptive sales and a lousy business practice for Honda. After a wonderful experience with Steven Chan, I left feeling cheated.

Hamlet was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable of the Honda products which helped us make the right purchase decision. He was NOT an "annoying salesperson," and didn't give us any of "B.S." – which was the thing that basically clinched the deal for us.
