DCH Paramus Honda

I visited the dealership on a Saturday at the end of the month, so it was extremely busy. Georgia immediately made sure I was helped, and I learned all about the car I was interested in from Joe Chrusciel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me find the right car for my needs. I visited other Honda dealerships over the weekend and they did not have as many cars to choose from in my desired model, and their prices were not as competitive. I went back to DCH bright and early Monday morning, and found out Joe was unable to make it to work that day. Georgia made a call and introduced me to Jean Castor, who was a delight to work with. We found the car I wanted, and we finished the deal. He knew I had to get to work, so he made sure the paperwork was expedited, helped me notify my insurance company, and even informed Eric Thomas, the finance manager, that my time was limited. Eric was efficient, quick, and an all-around nice guy. I had commented to Jean that my tire sensor had gone off in my current vehicle. While I was meeting with Eric, Jean had my tire inflated to the correct pressure. He even took time to show me the easiest way to get on the highway in the direction I needed to go. Now that's what I call service. I picked up the Civic later that evening, and Jean explained it in detail. There was a full tank of gas. Jean left a message today asking if I was happy with my purchase. I am more than happy with my experience at DCH, and I would recommend them highly.

I had a great experience with this dealership. My credit isn't great and I thought it would be difficult to go into a dealership and be treated fairly. From beginning to end I was treated with a great level of kindness and honesty. I was told what my options were and ultimately I walked away with the car I wanted. Christina Anello was most helpful and efficient in getting me into my new Honda Insight. She was honest and strightforward in all my dealings with her. I found her supervisor, whose name I can't remember to be of the same high calibre. I would not hesitate to recommend Christina, or DCH Honda of Paramus to anyone who is in the market for a new Honda.

The agent I worked with is very courteous and candid to customers and knowledgeable in Honda cars. I stroke the deal with him within a few minutes. The whole shopping experience is so smooth and pleasant that you didn't even imagine that everything could be so simplified and efficient. I loved this dealership!! My family and I have purchased/leased a few vehicles from nearby dealerships... and DCH Honda in Paramus was by far the best dealership I have dealt with thusfar. Everyone was friendly, very patient and knowledgable when it came to the vehicles, their features and their prices. We were greeted with a smile by Georgia at the front desk, and were checked up on throughout our purchase by CJ the sales manager to make sure we were happy. They gave us a GREAT deal and accomodated my requests in finding the perfect car. Pete showed me a few cars, gave me a few options and prices and helped me decide on the perfect car, which ended up being the Honda Accord. It is one of the best cars I've driven for it's price! We found everyone at the DCH dealership to be most helpful. They let us test drive the vehicles we were interested in, explained all the features and helped us decide what was best for us. We believe we were given a very good price for a certified vehicle, and it was then checked and prepped and ready for us when we had arranged to pick it up. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to help us, explain the car's features and the loan financing process. They made the process painless and didn't give the feeling we were dealing with the "old time car salesmen" that pull all sorts of tricks and bump everything up. It was a real pleasure dealing with this dealership, which by the way was full of customers when we first went there; and that many potenetial customers can't be wrong. We would heartily recommend DCH without any hesitation whatsoever.

Jose Hernandez was excellent. He really listened to the needs of his client and followed through with exemplary service. He definitely went out of his way to try and close the deal that same day. He was a straight talker and minimized using sales tricks that come off as deceitful to customers. That is the way to win new customers!

This dealership is by far the best Honda dealership i have ever been to. I havent driven a Honda in about 15 years and wasnt expecting to drive another one, but then i met the sales consultant Lil Joe and he changed my mind completely. He was by far the best sales person i have ever dealt with. He made my experience at DCH Paramus Honda the best car buying experience ever. It was hassle free. My finance manager was Eric Thomas and he didnt pressure me to buy anything and made my experience very enjoyable. Thank you Lil Joe. I'll be bringing all my friends and family to you.

Hamlet Liriano was an exceptional salesperson. He was very respectful, friendly, and not too pushy. Hamlet and the entire DCH Paramus Honda staff was very accommodating and helpful. We first dealt with Paramus Honda in 2004 when we bought a pre-owned Accord. We were so impressed with the car and the Dealership that in 2007 we leased a new one. This March 2010 we leased a new Accord and in August we leased a 2010 Civic. Paramus Honda has excellent Pricing, Sales Personnel, and Customer Service. This is why we have become loyal Honda customers.
