I am a loyal Honda customer - the new 2010 CR-V is my third Honda car. DCH Paramus Honda is the best Honda dealership I have ever dealt with. I searched for a good price on the internet.DCH Paramus Honda responded quickly,emailed and called me with the best offer.The Direct Sales Manager -Gareth Crosdale was very professional,helpful,patient and honest. I would truly recommend DCH Paramus Honda to anyone.I will definitely send my friends and family there.

Due to recent circumstances, I had to purchase a car quickly. I went to a car dealership and just didn't feel comfortable. My next stop was Paramus Honda and I can't say enough about my experience. The Manager said not to worry about anything that they would help me out and they lived up to their promise. Within about 2 hours I had purchased my car and before I knew it, one of the salesmen was following me home to deliver it right to my door. You should have higher numbers in your survey because they went above and beyond anything that I have heard of. When I told people about it, they couldn't believe it. Usually we've had to wait 2-3 days from the time of putting down a deposit and then picking up the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Paramus Honda.

I was ready to purchase a new 2010 Honda so I started a search for a great deal. I looked on the internet at several dealerships. Many responded with a standard email, some refused to give prices unless I came in person. At DCH Paramus Honda they did everything right. They emailed me, called me, and took my imquiry serious enough to give me very competitive pricing...enough great treatment that convinced me to drop everything and travel there ..and 2 hours later I drove away with the new car I wanted at an awesome price. A flawless deal from start to finish. I will go back there and send my friends and family there.

I was very pleased with the experience at DCH Honda. Mr. Hernandez was on top of everything and very professional. He took care of everything and even made sure the car we were interested in was available that night for pick-up. We opted to wait a day and clean our trade-in out, but he was ready, regardless. I will definitly refer other customers to this dealer and this salesman.

My ratings were based on Jerrod Hurley's performance as our sales representative. He was professional, sensitive, responsive, and honest. In fact, my husband had obtained a vehicle from him a few months earlier and that is why we returned to purchase my car. However, prior to our appointment with Mr. Hurley, we had called the dealership and were given a price quote (by someone else; Jerrod Hurley was not available at the time). My husband specifically asked for a quote that would include ALL fees (except taxes and registration) and advised that we did not want any surprises. Surprise! Additional fees were added and the management - as well as the person who gave us the original quote - would not negotiate. We felt that they were condescending (they advised we should have known these additional fees would be added) and unprofessional. We recommend anyone interested in using this dealership, contact Jerrod Hurley (or other sales personnel - not management - or the "internet" sales person)for assistance.

I visited numerous dealers of various auto brands over the few months it took me to choose the Honda CR-V so I can say with confidence that DCH Paramus Honda was the most courteous and professional of all of them. Peter had a very low-key, no-hassle approach that I felt comfortable with and he kept in touch with me throughout the process to address any questions or concerns I might have. Alex always is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda products. Whether they have the car on their lot or they need to get one for you they always deliver the price and car they promised. No Bait & Switch tactics. Alex always spends as much time as you need never rushing you out to make another sale. Mike Porreca General Sales Manager always professional delivers the best deals on Hondas around. I had a problem with lost keys and Mike took care of it on a busy Saturday. He does not take your business for granted and works hard to keep it. I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Everyone was very friendly, genuinely cared about your car needs, and were efficient during the entire process. Maria was very professional and straightforward with what I needed in a car, and quickly let me see one and test drive it while explaining the different models that car had to offer. Inside, Judy walked around making sure all the customers were taken care of, and was able to help me figure out my options. Martha was very helpful at the finance department as well, and was very open to any questions I may have had. It was also nice to receive follow-up calls and emails... really showed they cared.
