We shopped around several dealerships. This was the first with outstanding customer service. Yohan was attentive,respectful and worked with what we could afford. The dealership was very busy with familys of every nationality shopping for a car. The overall feeling was pleasant and the employees were as well. Honda is a great car and the people that sell them match.

I like that they were willing to work with the price. I like the nice people. I would like more service like having the plates put on and cleaning the leather seats in the back. The locks had a problem going on all the time. I brought it in and it was fixed but it would be better if that could avoided. My wife says her door lock is still not working right and a dome light is out so I will be back soon. If these things could be fiixed before I buy I would be spared the inconvenience. Thank You! I was pleasantly surprised to have encountered a salesperson that was pleasant, so well informed and as efficient as Ms. Piperno. Having not so long ago accompanied a close friend to shop for a new car, I was exposed to a number of ill-trained, young salesman that seemed as if they had something better to do with their time. Those salesman did not know how to connect with their customers and did not have the capability of speaking with customers in a sincere and intelligent manner as Judy showed us. The car delivered to me was the wrong vehicle, all of the paperwork had to be redone. Instead of a full tank of gas I was given one eigth of a tank. When I finally got home I realized one of the master keys was not programmed to work with my vehicle causing me to make a return trip.

Leslie Solomon is a wonderful and professional salesperson. He is warm, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeble of the vehicle that I purchased but others I was interested as well.
