This is our second lease at Paramus Honda and the service both times were excellent. Our sales person John Medrano was friendly, courteous and informative. We came in looking for a deal on a 2010 Honda Pilot and walked out with a 2011. He worked out a lease that was close to our price. Thank you John and Paramus Honda.

I decided to give DCH Paramus a shot and was very pleased at the overall experience there. I leased my first Honda Civic with DCH Paramus and was very happy with the car. I research the 2004 honda pilot online and decide to look for my self at the honda dealership.I didnt make any appointment but requested the salesman Harold Martin because he was the one who return my request about info on the honda pilot and i wanted to give him the commission on the deal if there was any. He was very polite and responsive to my questions. He showed me the car and lets us take a ride in the honda pilot.Great Suv. Under no pressure or push from the salesman i decided to go further and try to make a deal.I bought the car and they gave me a great deal. im happy with the suv honda pilot.Harold Martin at dch paramus honda was a pleasure to do business with and i would concider buying a car from him when needed in the future.i give dch paramus honda dealership a GRADE A.

The service at DCH Honda was excellent. Mr. Chan was extremely helpful. He made sure that our needs were met as far as what we needed in a car. He went over the car with us and made sure we knew all of the unique aspects of the CRV. Overall, it was a positive experience and we are extremely pleased with the car.

On may 13th 2010 i went to get my car serviced at DCH...
On may 13th 2010 i went to get my car serviced at DCH Honda in Paramus, New Jersey. In addition to the required maintenance that needed to be done, i had also asked the Honda personnel to check out the paint peeling off from the bumper of my car. These paint chips were not in any way scraped towards the ground because it is the top portion of the bumper. This bumper is also a replacement due to an accident a couple of months ago, but the new parts were installed at the discretion of DCH Honda and their service member, Nick Clites. However, they had told me that these paint chips were caused by the bumper bending and flexing at the mercy of a steep drive way of some sort. I do not believe that the paint chipped off due to the flexing of my bumper, rather it was done due to the improper job done coating the paint. And DCH Paramus Honda is not accepting responsibility of their bad job. Since my car is new I am going to take up the matter with Honda and BBB.

Dealer had best price and were willing to negotiate in...
Dealer had best price and were willing to negotiate in good faith. Atmosphere is somewhat "stadium" like which felt impersonal. We were given a recently hired salesperson who I would rate "OK". Her manager, who appeared twice when we hit snags in the negotiation process, was nice, straight forward, clear and reasonable. Their finance officer was very good and expedited the process. We were persuaded to purchase the extended warranty which we were told is "bumper to bumper" covering the car for 8 years or 120K miles. Documents arrived 3 weeks later pertaining to this coverage with a long list of exclusions. Some of these make sense because they pertain to normal wear and tear. However, others are major components which, in my opinion, should be covered. Car had 2 minor defects when delivered: 1) Small scratch; 2) Interior panel in rear does not meet properly. Defect 1 was buffed out - required an additional dealer visit and took quite a while - lots of customers in the service area. Defect 2 was looked at but not addressed because they did not have the part (clip). A second service visit is scheduled to correct this.

Salesman was pleasannt to deal with and was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. Since I already knew what car I wanted, my main issue was price and Jose was able to able to offer an acceptable price with a minimum amount of negotiation. The model and color I wanted was not in stock, but they did have one on order. The car arrived within the agreed upon time frame and was just as ordered. I am very satisfied wiyth the car and with the way thje dealer handled the transaction.
