DCH Paramus Honda

This is my second time purchasing new car from Mr. Andy Kato. I also have referred him to number of my friends. I like his professional knowledge on cars and recommendation/advice suitable to customer's need. He is professional in helping customer's making decision. His kindness and continuous care on his customer make us (customers) feel valued and appreciated. Thank you.

We were both very impressed with the professionalism and the efficient follow up of Hamlet. He has a very pleasant way about him and I never found him to be annoying with his follow up calls. I did shop around many dealerships both other Honda and also other makers at the time and I must say that Hamlet's phone calls were always more welcomed than other salespersons. My husband and I both found Hamlet and CJ to be both very enjoyable to work with.

For a particularly busy environment, we found the dealership friendly and pressureless. We looked at a 2007 Honda Pilot made our offer, haggled, but eventually, we held their offer in our back pocket whilst contining our search. We continuously kept getting friendly e-mails from a sales manager (Vern) and when it was time to go back to DCH, the vehicle we wanted was sold; no matter, another similar vehicle had just come in. We negotiated the price w/o seeing the vehicle, then came to look at it...and bought it. Wes was very helpful in explaining the intricies of the souped up Pilot and we were pleased with our purchase. We will definitely be coming back when the time to buy a new/used vehicle is ripe.

When needed, she engaged the assistance of others to obtain information necessary to obtain the vehicle of my choice. Honesty in admitting that other staff members could also be helpful, enabled me to feel that my questions were also being answered truthfully. I was allowed to advance through the car buying experience at my own pace and comfort level. My previous car buying experiences were characterized by pressure and stress. This was not the case at DCH Paramus Honda. I will share my delightful car buying experience with others and return for my next vehicle.

This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Steve Chan. Steve provides us with great service & professionalism in helping us purchase our present CRV. My 1st Honda was an Accord (87), (2) CRV (98), (3) Odyssey (01), & (4) Pilot (03). We had purchased the '98 CRV at Mahwah Honda and was not happy with the service at that dealership. So in 2001 we visited DCH Paramus and worked Steve Chan on purchasing our new Honda then. We were so happy with his professionalism & service that we continue to buy our Hondas with him. We traded in our '98 Honda CRV last month for the newer model "10 CRV. My husband had great times with the old '98 CRV. The newer CRV is quite a step up from the old model. We still have the 2003 Pilot. Honda makes a great product. We will definitely recommend Steve Chan to our friends and family when they are looking for a car and DCH Paramus. Steve provides great service and he is is like a family member to us. He is honest and straightforward. I have never had a problem with the service dept with all the times I had service there. Eric Thomas who handled our loan was a professional. He was courteous and handled our loan with ease. Eric Thomas and Steve Chan both worked great together as a team.

Mr Yildiz is an excellent salesman, friendly and patient and was very helpful in closing the sale. I would recommend him highly. On the other hand before being assigned to Mr. Yildiz, we had very bad experiences with two of your salesman who were in every respects the opposite of Mr. Yildiz. They were impatient, patronizing and unresponsiveto our needs.
