DCH Paramus Honda

I purchased my first car in my second year in college from Paramus Honda, a new coal grey Honda Accord LX. The following year, my sister replaced her car with a black Honda Civic EX, purchased from Paramus Honda. When she married and started her family, her husband was so impressed by the pep and longevity of the Civic that he moved from Ford to Honda and they purchased the family van from Paramus Honda. I never tire of recommending Paramus Honda as the dealership of choice and Maria Alcantara as the must see sales person. I have purchased at least one of my other Hondas from her and will deal with no one else while she workds there. Thank you Maria, her manager, and Paramus Honda.

I've purchased 35 new cars in my life and these guys are above and beyond. No games, no hassles, to irritating upsell. They do their best to give you what you're looking for. After visiting a few Honda dealers in the area I decided to do business with DCH Paramus Honda for the great customer service provided by Mr. John Medrano one of your sales consultant. Mr. Medrano met my expectatives and he was always trying to help me. He paid attention to all my request. I think every sales person should be like Mr. Medrano (friendly, very proffesional and customer service oriented).

Overall, my experience was great. Salesperson was very knowlegable about Honda cars and sales process. I had a budget in mind when I went in and this dealer was able to meet my needs. Very flexible and understands customer. After one month with my new car, I am very pleased.

i was referred to this particular dealership by someone who also had been there and had a very positive experience. the central greeter paged someone for me. I was assigned to Nat Natesan. I explained to Nat that i was interested in the Fit Sport after doing some research on it and knowing others that have had great experiences with other Honda vehicles. He showed me on one the lot, we took a drive, he told me about the features the car had to offer. He was very pleasant and professional.
