DCH Paramus Honda

My wife and I were shopping for Honda CR-V for at least a year and we finally bought it from DCH Paramus Honda with help from a gentleman named Steve Chan (Sales consultant) at Paramus location in NJ. Steve was absolutely helpful in all aspect of a car buying experience and we definitely recommend him. Not only he was knowledgeable, but was "SO" friendly that we felt that we were shopping at home. We wish that other sales consultants are just like Steve Chan. Prior to visiting DCH Paramus Honda, we were 120% decided to go with either Hyundai or Toyota. Well, this is because of the fact that we had such a bad experiences with sale consultants from other Honda dealers that we got discouraged. However, this all got changed since we met Steve Chan at this Honda Dealer. This Honda dealer has a very friendly and professional environment. Steve - we thank you for all your help and you are very much appreciated. We will definitely buy another car from you again in future.

Harshal had a considerable amount of personality and drive for 8:30 pm on a Friday night which is when I walked in. The dealer was friendly and very informative, but the overall experience took 3 hours. 1 hour of this was after the deal was signed which just felt like forever. Taht is why the most my ratings were all above average except for overall experience which was just good. I would have be happier to have left the dealership once the papers were signed and taken delivery of the car the next day.

This is my 3rd. car from Paramus Honda. Steve is a good salesman that he explains some details about CRV I buy. He is very friendly and honest with us when we shop. He is very patient with the color selection we demand. He builds trust with us and show us the blue book value in terms of used car.
