Douglas INFINITI

I leased my first Infiniti from Douglas Infiniti in 2004. Since then I have leased/purchased five more Infinitis for my family. I kept coming back because the cars performed flawlessly, the Sales and Service teams were excellent and I was welcomed as a special cusotmer on each visit. My Sales reprentative throughout my Douglas years has been Aaron Goodwin. He knows the Infiniti product line and he knows what his customers want. Follow-up and coordination with banks and insurance has never been never an issue, and his engaging style and professional demeanor made the lease/buy process clean and swift. I will be back to Douglas for a 7th Infiniti within the next year. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

We had a very pleasurable experience in dealing with Douglas Infiniti. Aaron Goodwin was our sales rep and he delivered on his promises to get us the car we really wanted. The QX 60 we purchased is in very limited supply but they were able to get our car with a very limited wait time. I appreciate Aaron's patience in dealing with us and I would recommend him to our friends. Jamie one of the sales manager was also great to work with, as he helped my wife decide on the proper color and accessory selections. Although the inventory of the QX 60 is limited, Jamie has the pulse of what the customers really want and orders the incoming cars with the proper color and accessory combination....thank-you Jamie!!

Many times you go through a lot of anguish when you purchase a new car, but not at this dealer. It was a great buying experience at Douglas Infiniti. Aaron Goodwin showed great attention to detail making it a simple process. The price was very competitive and they went over and above in terms of service. I would definitely recommend them.

Aaron was a pleasure to work with....he was upfront & honest from the outset, and followed through on everything he promised. He worked the lease terms to meet my expectations and was flexible enough on the price that I leased the vehicle from Douglas Infiniti. By the way, there is an Infiniti delaer less than a mile from my house and 3 or 4 others closer than the 35 miles I drove to get my new car from Aaron.

I don't usually fill these reviews out but my experience with Matt Ali was excellent. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and polite. No detail was left out. I didn't feel like I was being deceived like at other dealerships. Like I said before. I went to Douglas Infiniti to lease my second Infiniti and the service was great. Aaron Goodwin was my sales rep and he made the process easy. He was friendly and efficient! I have bought several Infiniti cars from Gil Coronado and my experience was very satisfying. I love my new Q50, Gill spent time with us by making sure we understood how the car worked, everything from using the headlight to the navigation system.
