Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

Hi, the break fluid and oil change service was on brand! That simply means the efficiency in which I was greeted, the complimentary beverages, comfortable waiting area, and the time it took to complete the scheduled services, in addition to Elvin explaining the end results in detail, was exemplary. I can't speak for other clients but I've always experienced fantastic service. Take care!

I purchased a new 2024 X3 in Sep 2023.
I purchased a new 2024 X3 in Sep 2023. I had the car three months and decided it was really not for me. Did not really feel like a 56k car. Rattled! OMG. Sometimes emergency braking the car went side to side confused "Technology?" .. Traded the car 11/2/2023. I purchased an extended maintenance contract from them because the Finance people need to eat too, and it was not as radical as the extended warranty. I'm Trying to get a partial refund for my $2,700 and the Finance department is stating this is not a refundable item. How about that for good business, returning customer@ Never. Family, Friends! Ha.... Good luck, Dealers are starving and consumers are the target. I'm going to spend $2,700 socially to make life miserable. I'll have fun too along the way.

STAY AWAY…I don’t know what’s going on in this service
STAY AWAY…I don’t know what’s going on in this service department, but most of my visits have been disappointing. Twice this year, I had to go back for something they didn’t do correctly. I took my car in for transfer case problem. What’s suppose to be a 2 visit process, took 3 visits because they “forgot” to do something. 2-3 weeks ago, I took my car in for routine maintenance oil, brake pads etc. Got the car back and a week later, warning light came on and said “change brake pads” and had to go back. I live an hour away, but I don’t mind the drive nor the premium that they charge if the job is done correctly the first time. I’ll be moving to BMW Turnersville…

Extremely Disappointed loyal 20+ year customer
Here’s the feedback I gave in survey I purchased my vehicle on Monday, met w/Genius Holly on Saturday. I experienced challenges all week trying to connect to the entertainment system. Jesse was aware of this, tried to troubleshoot, but never got back in touch with me outside of scheduling an appointment with Holly. Jesse provided inaccurate information around a rebate w/my utility company related to owning an electric vehicle. Jesse lacked general information about BMW but was versed in all things Range Rover. Had to pay for charging when I was told it was no cost for first two years. When I was finally able to meet w/Holly, I was interrupted by a sales person who wanted to know when Holly and I would be finished because his customer needed to leave. This same salesperson previously attempted to circumvent my appointment to accommodate his customer (reportedly an athlete) because his customer needed to go. I know this because I observed the interaction between Holly & the salesperson firsthand. It wasn’t until the same sales person approached my car, during my genius experience, that it became clear that he couldn’t care less about my needs or time because his customer’s needs and time were more valued and more important than mine. His behavior was disrespectful and intentional. What’s more disappointing, Jesse didn’t even bother to say hello when he walked passed me, nor did he lift his head to greet me while he was standing in close proximity to me as I was awaiting additional assistance. In fact, I haven’t heard from Jesse since Tuesday evening when he said he would follow up. The salesperson behavior was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Jesse’s lack of follow up, limited product knowledge and general lack of concern for my overall experience makes me regret my decision to do business with Mt. Laurel BMW. Respectfully submitted,
