I just purchased a 430i and the experience was great.

I just purchased a 430i and the experience was great. Donna was very pleasant to work with. This was my second car purchase this year with Donna as my Sales agent. I've been coming to this dealership for quite some time. I also have to mention my service tech Mike Carbone is very knowledgeable and personable and one of the main reasons i stay with the BMW family.

Bmw of mount laurel sold me a damaged vehicle

This dealer sold me damaged vehicle, I took it in to get fixed and after taking it home the issue progressively got worse ( one of my control arms got bent after they didn’t fix it correctly the first time), the service department manager told me that I damaged the car and is trying to make me pay 6600 in repair cost after I just spent thousands to get the car in the first place, (parts that are damaged are not under warranty) I reported the noise the car was making 3 days after getting the car took I haven’t had it for more than 2 weeks, it’s honestly really a bad experience buying a car I’ve bought cars from smaller dealerships that have way better overall service I’m extremely disappointed and wish I could go back and not make the mistake of getting a car at Bmw of mount laurel

This was the second purchase from BMW of Mt Laurel.

This was the second purchase from BMW of Mt Laurel. My salesperson, Erich Decker had everything ready so there was no wait time. The entire process was a little over an hour.. Time was very important to me, so this was a perfect purchase.

The service team specifically Billy and Jonathan, worked

The service team specifically Billy and Jonathan, worked with BMW to have the worked covered by my warranty, initially I was told it was not covered, but after providing details they were able to have the work completed and covered under my warranty, saved me 1,500 bucks, greatly appreciated. Your customer service is AMAZING. Thanks again!
