BMW of Mt. Laurel

I became a customer of the BMW of Mt. Laurel after getting services at other BMW dealerships. For the sake of truth I have to admit that I always had a wonderful experience. It is one of the reasons why I am a BMW devoted customer. However behind all great BMW policies, traditions and the culture there are always people who in practice reveal them to us –customers. Only people who work here make these rules, guidelines and recommendations work and the way they do that, does make a difference. The service advisor that was taking care of me and my car – Mike Carbone did a diligent job. He was attentive, and did not miss any of my questions. He was courteous; it is always a pleasure when people smile at you out of respect and welcoming. He was professionally correct – did not promise the things that would not deliver. He earned my respect and thanks. Mike is one of the whole team of workers who by doing their everyday job took care of my car. But he was the face of this team – the advisor and his representation left an excellent impression and wonderful results. That is what counts the most! Thank you Mike for your attitude and the job you have done. Thank you BMW of Mt. Laurel for having such workers on your staff.

This is my first car purchase from Holman BMW of Mt. Laurel. In fact, of the many cars I have owned over the years, this is my first BMW. I was nervous about switching brands and dealerships, but my experience was amazing. Wayne, my sales consultant, made the experience just about perfect for me. He really listened to my needs, took the time to understand my experience with buying cars and to provide a fitting sales experience from start to finish. I also had a good experience with Mara in the finance office where I felt just the right amount of guidance on extras for the car with no undue pressure to purchase...but the information I needed to make choices right for me. I left feeling great about my purchase of a pre-owned X3 M40i. It is an amazing car. My sales experience was amazing, and I recommend Wayne and BMW of Mt. Laurel to anyone looking for a great car sales experience.

Great service, excellent communication and friendly staff. With having my own service advisor (Mike Carbone) I feel confident when dropping my vehicle off to the service department because he is very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I recently spoke to the mechanic (Harvey) who explained everything to me in elementary form so that I can understand. As a person who is not an expert in vehicle mechanics, I appreciate that he took the time to call me and explain it to me. I also left town for a couple of days on vacation and the team completed my vehicle and had it ready for me when I returned. This leaves me confident to come back to the team for any future concerns on my vehicle.

This was the second time I had been at BMW Mt. Laurel for service and I worked with service rep, Matthew Maldonado both times, always super pleasant and professional. Everyone there is exceptional.
