Eddie at the desk was great very professional. However while I was waiting for my ride i was in the lot. I guess it was a lot boy or the mechanic was pulling my truck in and peeled wheels in my truck and flew around the parking lot before pulling it in. Very unprofessional to beat on customers truck and risk an a accident in a small parking lot. I witnessed it and the person picking me up saw it first hand. I mentioned it to the desk and asked to not let that guy drive my truck again. I have bought 4 vehicles from you and me and my son get all our service from you. Dont know if ill be back.

Terrible customer service texted and called to confirm that a vehicle was on the lot drove all the way to the dealer they tell me they don’t have the truck don’t waste your time with these unprofessional clowns

I had a good experience working with the team at Mt Ephraim on a Ram truck. Pricing was upfront and they took the time to let me test drive multiple vehicles. Ultimately, they did not have in stock what I wanted, but I'm sure I'll be back again in the future. Recommended.
