LONG WAIT TIME, don't ask about rental car, nope.

LONG WAIT TIME, don't ask about rental car, nope. My sales rep was good. But other people was telling me what I can afford. My first truck broke down had to buy another one cost me an extra $10,000. A lot of recalls on the Dodge Rams I don't recommend buying a Dodge ram truck at all

I am having an issue with my door locks that has not been

I am having an issue with my door locks that has not been resolved after two return visits. All locks are randomly opening upon the first press of my remote instead of my driver side door only. Most times this occurs after the my truck has been unoccupied for a while. It will open driver side door only after the initial all locks unlocking. I even showed them a video of this occurring. I am now being told nothing can be done because there isn’t a code being displayed. The driver side door unlock only is in the correct setting. I need resolution.

I went in for an oil change and after waiting for hour

I went in for an oil change and after waiting for hour and half the guy finally lets me know my car is ready. As he’s reviewing everything he tells me my valve cover has a significant leak but didn’t let me know during my appointment. They then proceeded to put “customer declined recommended repairs” I wasn’t notified that day that a significant repair was needed. They based the response off of a previous time I was there when I was told it didn’t need repair now but shortly. The only reason I declined it last time was due to me having to go to work so I didn’t have time to wait on the fix. I had ample time when I visited this time but after the guy telling me they automatically assumed I didn’t want the repair based off my last time there really put a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership.

I have been a longtime loyal customer at Mt.

I have been a longtime loyal customer at Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge RAM for over 35 years and purchased numerous cars and trucks over the course of these years. Each time I was treated great and got the best deal. I was always taken care of at every visit including at their service department. I have known the GM Dean GagliardI since he started at the dealership, some 25+ years ago, and he is certainly one of the Best in the Business!

Had a great experience.

Had a great experience. All the techs, and service personnel were outstanding. They were very helpful; and the service was quick, efficient, and just excellent. They were all just very knowledgeable, and professional. It’s the only place I take my truck.
