Unethical business practices
I went to this place 4 years ago to purchase a vehicle. Which was fine. I went back for repeat business, with true car price which they said they would honor. I was led to finance guy manager who said lease is a better option. Said he was a retired cop. I trusted him. He had us sign without going over the prices and detail, told us to sign our signatures on iPad, but it was just signatures nothing else was listed. He told us the 5,000 deposit we made would go to prepayment of the monthly car lease, which was not true. They marked up the car over 6,000 use to keep the deposit. Now when I call, nobody calls me back, nor picks up the phone, they transfer me and the finance manager Glenn Eisner does not even call me back to explain the extra charges. It's a complete scam and I'm so disappointed in this place.

Shame on this place!! They ripped my parents off. Their lease was up on their CRV. Turned the 3 year lease in with 15k miles. They talked them into another CRV- BASE MODEL, charged them a fortune!!!!@! I hope someone does the same to your elderly parents!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. When they call, you will have horrible ratings from me. Karma will bite you- for stealing from my parents, for the next 3 years!!!!!!! All that for a commission????? F U Open Road!!!@!@

Not a good customer experience
As few people have Bad day in a month, Yesterday was mine when I took my CAR for Oil change with a prior appointment. First it started with a Wait time for an Advisor who can take my request for what is needed so that he can pass the same to the technical team. What should be the Wait time when you see 5 Advisors seating ideal on their seat? 5 min...Standing in the lobby assuming some will help 10 min...Standing.... After 10 min I requested receptionist to see if someone can help me in the absence of my allocated Advisor. With a Smile she said you wait let me check out. 15 min....Standing.... 20 min....Standing..... Receptionist gives a shout out can anyone help this guy in absence of XX Advisor.... 25 min Wait time... One wise person helped me out saying you have been waiting for a while so let me help you out. My request was for a Oil change and a Tier rotation and a fix a flap on the passenger side which was making a noise... He offered me a free tier rotation along with $10 coupon. I said thank to him, but I forgot that any free offer comes with a Bad service... After an hour the allocated Advisor stops by me in the waiting area and says your car is ready.. We are fixing the flap so that it does not make a noise.. I was happy that my car is fixed within an hour+ 25 in of wait time. But as I said free offers bring you a Bad service... At the time of final bill I came to know that Tier Rotation is not required for your car since you tiers are in very good condition. We will offer you $5 coupon for your Oil change. Question from My end:- I was told $10 will be offered along with Tier rotation. If My Tiers are good why I was not told for last 2 services when I requested a Tier rotation and was charged $19.99 each time that it is not needed. So today when it was offered free from your end you came to know that it is not needed since my Tiers are in good condition. I paid my bill and picked up my car. What a Service... Flap which was loose and making Noise was not fixed.. I got answer that that is how it is but if you want to get that fixed please stop by on any working day afternoon and will check if I can do something for you. Oil Change was done? If Yes Than why the readings were not re-set.. Pathetic Answers it does not make much difference... Tier Presser was increased from 33 pounds to 38 pounds Required was 32. Answer I got it is ok to have more pressure in the tier... Are you serious... Its Summer time which increases the tier pressure when you drive.. I have never ever got this kind of pathetic service from any car service centers.. I will recommend not to visit this service center..

2 hour EXPRESS oil change
I have yet to bring my vehicle in for an express oil change and had it completed within an hour. We all know that an oil change should not take longer than 30 minutes. Worst express oil change ever!

Great Experience dealing with Yong Shin!

Bitter experience
Thees people call on my phone several times ,my appointment was at 7 pm and I reached by 6:50 pm. Nobody was available to handle the customer despite of appointment. I wasted 30 minutes in waiting and then People available said to talk to internet division and I left after 30 minutes. It was told to me over phone that SUV is available and Mr Puri said it is not available and internet department might have given incorrect information.

My first visit and very-Very bad experience
Thees people call on my phone several times ,my appointment is 1:30 pm but i reach late after 5:00 pm I was there on monday to buy crv first time .But no one is there to help me properly ,insted of showing me the car for half hour they work on the papers, outside is hot weather, When i ask to show me the car the person told me to go under the letter J piller and see the crv.so its a very bad experience about customerservice.no one shows me the crv.i will never go back
