Yong Shin was able to get us the car we wanted at an affordable price. Very friendly and honest gentleman. Would recommend him to friend/family. Very helpful with showing us all the features on the car, and very quick in getting things done. No complaints, a very good experience... thank you.

worth the drive

Great dealership -- transparent, unpretentious, and professional. Sales rep Mikhel Kalil was very considerate and easy to work with; he knows his stuff and didn't waste our time. We're very satisfied with our deal, and with our entire experience at Open Road.

snobby service

Was trying to apply credit but didn't receive any answers and they've never call you back. I had conversation with the salesman to processing deposited but the lady called me for th next day the car was sold. I was very upset and recommend this dealer.

Excellent services from Jesse our salesman.

Jesse is the best. This is our third Honda C R V from Open Road Honda with the same salesman. He is very friendly and always dose the paper work fast . Jesse makes sure we will always have good experience every time we are there for a car. He goes above and beyond for us. Even helps us make good decisions. Therefore I wouldn't hesitate to refer someone to him. We are very pleased with his services. The best shopping experience anyone can get.

buying experience By Stella and Sam

Jesse is the best salesman. This is our third C R V from Open Road Honda with the same salesman. He is very friendly, very experienced who always get things done fast. Even helps us make good chooses. He is always above and beyond even after we live he calls to see if everything is okay with the car and calls when the number plates are ready. We are very Pleased with the Best Shopping Experience.

Bad Service experience call for my NEW car

The sales person was new but good. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the starter. I took it back in and a young lady by the name of Stephanie in the service department was rude and dismissive. She most certainly should not be in customer service if she does not like working with people. I was told by the Sales Manager that the Service Manager would call me back - never heard from anyone. Service is EVERYTHING after you have bought the car. If they are unable to deliver in that area, they FAIL in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership.

I went to open road Honda and purchased antifreeze and was helped by Danny do Carmo ..and he was very professional and very kind and helped me a lot..I'll Definitely go see him again

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE for CAR PARTS

I purchased a new mirror for my Honda and was helped by Danny DoCarmo who assisted me in a polite manner and helped me get the exact mirror I was looking for! Great guy with an amazing personality. I would recommend to see him next time I need something for my Honda.

Outstanding Experiance

We came to the Open Road Honda Dealership for the first time on March 30th to buy our new 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. We met Glenn Mislang (Assistant Sales Manager), who discussed with us Finance vs. Lease options and explained to us the car?s features and a Life-Time Protection. He stayed past hours to make sure all questions were answered. He patiently went with us step by step to resolve our concerns. We made our decision to purchase a car right there on spot. Glenn's way of dealing with us was very respectful and pleasant (unlike our experience with some other dealerships). We were impressed by his knowledge and charisma. We immediately announced that we will be buying another car from this particular dealership next year. Glenn introduced us to Barbara Lee (Business manager). Barbara was a pleasure to work with too. Highly professional, a quick thinker, very accommodating and understanding. We returned to the Open Road Honda (Burnaby) again to pick up the car (after all 4 types of Protection were applied to it) the following Monday, April 3rd, 2017. We sat with Barbara to finalize our Application for a Car Loan with Honda, then were directed to Markus (Insurance Agent) and finally spent more than an hour with Tony - a Delivery Person (someone who makes sure a new owner knows all features before getting on the road). Tony was awesome too. In conclusion we would like to say that we loved Open Road Honda Dealership very much thanks to our encounter with Glenn Mislang. As we all know first impressions are the most powerful, and Glenn was able to make the most positive impression of the entire Dealership. Artak and Ada D.

New Car Shopping Experiance

I have purchased Honda CR-V form Open Road Honda dealer, Edison NJ , Sales persons are not committed. While purchasing in every moment I was getting feeling they are lieing with me, I did deal there only because I did payment/ credit check in advance and I didn?t want to spent time to go to another dealer and re do all activities again. While deal we decided a date on which I will take CAR delivery, the day was very precious to me and on the Delivery date afternoon I got call from Sales person and he told that the CAR which was allocated to me they Sold to someone by mistake. And they just said ?sorry and we will call you once another call will be available which will take another 3-4 days?. This dealer doesn?t care about the people?s sentiments, when I was taking with Sales person he said we did mistake and we can do anything now to correct the mistake if you want Car we will call you once Car will be available. He was so rude. I had pathetic experience with dealer/ sales persons. Overall shopping experience is very Poor.
