No help at all
I saw a vehicle online and reached out many times. I called and was put on hold and no one ever answered. I was ready to purchase car that day. They missed out. I went to another dealer and got my new car the next day.

10/10 service and value
Ran into a financial rut in life and needed to get a solid and affordable used car to save on fuel costs. Fullerton auto is an awesome place, the service and value was outstanding and my dealer, Brian Gagliardi's service was beyond superb. What an awesome guy, he really gave me the best deal and took care of my financial situation in dealing with the bank. I thought for sure I'd be declined but he went well out of his way to make sure I was approved and sure enough, I was! Beyond ecadtic with my buying experience, will definitely be a customer for life. 11/10.

Very nice guy, good price
I came in expecting to consider this car and leave and ended up buying it there. Brian was really nice and the car is running great and I'm glad I bought this car.

Fullerton Jeep Somerville NJ
Fullerton Jeep has horrible customer service. I purchased a new JEEP from them in June of 2016. There was a mix up on their part and the jeep was accidentally sent to Georgia delaying my pick up by a week. I was promised a set of all weather mats because of this error. It is now December of 2016 and all though I receive an almost daily text from my sales person who I will not name here that he is personally going to drop my mats off at my place of employment the following day, each day passes and I have no mats. I give this dealership a BIG 0 in customer service. They obviously only care about getting the sale and getting rid of the customer. Sales people obviously only care about their commission . I certainly will never purchase another car or recommend Fullerton Jeep to anybody.

Great to work with
I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.

Jeep Wrangler
Brian Gagliardi made our Jeep buying experience a pleasure. I've purchased many vehicles in my life and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. Brian is honest and was never pushy. His knowledge of the product was top notch. I would advise everyone who is interested in leasing or buying a Jeep to call Brian first. I drove from Cape May. Thank You Brian and everyone at Fullerton who helped out in this sale. William Strong

Test drives and purchase went smoothly- all sales people were friendly and helpful. Dealership was clean and well run. Paperwork process was a bit slow but overall a good experience.
