Bought my new 2015 JGC Summit via TrueCar and Fullerton, and couldn't have been more pleased. The price was outstanding, no tricks, no pressure to buy anything extra, complete focus on the customer, and highly professional. I initially contacted Scott Zedowski (excellent), and then worked most of the time with Adwait thereafter. I was originally intending on placing a 'to-build' order, but Adwait was diligent and looked at a number of other dealerships - finding an all-but-perfect match to my proposed build (identical but no engine-block heater, which I could live without). He followed up with the other out-of-state dealer, worked out a trade for one of Fullerton's Jeeps to obtain the one I wanted, and arranged the delivery to Fullerton very promptly and with no additional cost to me. All arrangements were completed in a very timely way, the vehicle was beautifully prepared by the Fullerton crew, Adwait spent very ample amount of time with me and my wife reviewing all the features and capabilities, patiently answering all our questions and assisting us as we went over the new Summit with a fine-tooth comb prior to signing off. Before we left with our new Jeep, he even filled the tank! All in all a great purchase experience - kudos to Atwait!

Lou Rimblas did an excellent job at assisting us in looking at the Chrysler Town and Country. I was searching for a new 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT and was referred to the dealership through TrueCar.com. From the outset, Charles was very responsive and eager to provide options and detail to insure I was making an informed decision. After several days of hunting down the exact car I was looking for, we weren't able to reach a deal. It was not due to Charles or Lou, more due to a lack of inventory available which met my specific requests. Working with Lou Rimblas on the purchase of our vehicle was a very good experience. Lou walked us through the whole process in an amiable manner and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Jeep Cherokee we purchased. I don't think you could do any better in picking Lou as your sales person. We did have a key fob problem that was discovered one day after purchase which the Service Dept, after two visits, resolved. Other than that one stumble; the whole process was very smooth.

Fullerton Jeep is not your "typical" highway car dealer. From the minute I walked in, until the minute I left the lot in my new Jeep, I was more than satisfied. My salesman, Brian Gagliardi, was a pleasure to deal with. He made me feel comfortable explaining the benefits of leasing vs buying, choosing the right vehicle and most important, the price. I would recommend anyone that is car shopping to visit Fullerton and ask for Brian, you won't be disappointed!!

Kathy Bernstein made my car buying experience a lot less painful than I expected. She was patient and kind with me. She took the time to explain how leasing works and gave me all of my options. The dealership is transparent with their pricing so there isn't that back and forth fighting for the best deal. I left there knowing I got the best price possible. This was the best car buying experience I've had. I will definitely recommend Fullerton and Kathy to all my friends and family.

This was my first car that I ever bought. Jason took his time, answered all of my questions, and me feel comfortable. I was never rushed to commit to anything that I did not want. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I will be a returning customer in the future.
