I bought my 2nd Jeep Wrangler from Jason Lucre at Fullerton Jeep last month. I did a trade in for the first time for a new "15 that needed to be ordered direct. Jason made this entire process simple and fun. He gave me accurate timelines and when the Jeep arrived on his day off, he called me and even offered to come in. We settled for his next day of work instead, and I was treated to an amazingly fast experience. In the past, I have waited for hours while managers talk to managers and keep you waiting endlessly. Even the financing paperwork was a breeze and I was in and out in a little over an hour. All the while, Jason was professional and concise about everything I needed to know about the Jeep and the process. Fullerton staff is overall nice, but I will only be buying my next car from Jason.

Everything went flawlessly buying a 2011 Subaru Forester. I came from out of state and they made the process easy. My salesmen was Michael Dunlap and he was knowledgeable and took care of every issue I had, including returning things I left in my trade in car. The price was very competitive and I am enjoying my new car. I would buy from them again.

I went there this past weekend to look at a car for my son (a new driver). The initial contact was with Adwait via email. I spoke with him on the phone and he told me to come by. When i got there he greeted me and showed me the car and similar inventory. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgable (plus he admitted what he didnt know, which was nice). He took us on a test drive and we ended up with that car. The sales manager, Tom, was equally as nice and it was a hassle free experience. I highly recommend this dealer.
