Very happy!
My sales rep made this an easy selection. We test drove 2 cars and I was sold on N the second. He listened to my needs and nailed it! He knew my budget and I was thrilled to come under it! His knowledge, patience and personality make him an asset to the dealership. My daughter will be going to him to purchase her car. I have no problem recommending the dealership but will definitely recommend Kyle.

False Advertising
I was extremely dissappointed with my expereince at Fullerton. The location in summerville was not close to where I live. I called in advance to determine if the car I wanted to look at was on the lot and was told that the car was available. When I got there the salesperson looked up the car and said it was on the lot. We looked throughout the entire lot for about 20 minutes for the car only to find out that the car had been sold or moved off the lot. Most importantly the salesperson offered No apology or " lets maybe look at something else that you might be intererested in" - just "we don't have this car" and then he left.( He did say goodbye.) Then somebody actually had the audacity to call me later to ask if I found everything to be in good order during my experience at Fullerton. Summary - Bad inventory management, Poor Customer Service, Poor communications between the various departments at Fullerton ( Internet Sales / Customer Sales/ Inventory management)

Easiest Purchase Ever
Jason was extremely easy to deal with and the most honest car salesman I've ever had. He let me know when the best times for him were so that he can give full attention. He worked very hard to make the deal happen, and gave the best price throughout the area. I would highly recommend Jason for anyone purchasing any car.

highly reccoment Fullerton Jeep!
We went to Fullerton Jeep to look for a new car since our daughter purchased her Grand Cherokee from Lou last fall and was extremely satisfied. The sales people at Fullerton are pleasant and friendly and never pushy. Lou Rimblas listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for and quickly checked to see if he could find a leftover 2014 Grand Cherokee for me. A deal was struck and negotiating was a not the usual hard sell you get in many dealerships. With the help of both Lou and Scott Zedowski we signed on for a new car. Lou keep me updated on finding the vehicle since there was not one on their lot. Unfortunately the car he was trying to obtain was no longer available. Lou spend the rest of the day and even came in early the next morning to find the jeep I wanted. He located a car for me which was a new 2015 instead and it even had a CD player in it. I was thrilled. Lou Rimblas went above and beyond to get me my new car. I couldn't be happier. Great dealership!

Quality Dealership and support staff
This is my third experience at Fullerton. Our last two new vehicle purchases were with Jason Lucre and Scott Zedowski. No nonsense, extremely knowledgeable and are ther if you need them in the future. Highly recommend Fullerton for lease, purchase and maintenance.

What a great day to spend a Labor Day!
Kyle Johnson was a pleasure to work with. Kyle was on his way out the door for the evening when I stopped in to the dealership and he ended up spending well over an hour with me test driving the car, talking about its features and giving me an initial quote (which no one was able to beat). He was very low key during that initial meeting and emailed me the calculations. The following day i told him I had fallen in love with another color and he applied no pressure on me to rethink my decision. I ended up returning to Kyle after the other dealers were not as forthright about their prices and could not meet a price that was acceptable. Kyle knew his numbers and the calculations added up right the first time - no trying to sneak in hidden charges with incorrect calculations. Kyle also found me savings where he could. Likewise, Rob in finance found a very low interest rate that matched my expectations on the first try and they gave me a good deal on my trade in. I am recommending Kyle and Fullerton Auto to everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle - straightforward, low key and honest.
