Outstanding!!

Dave was an awesome and straight-forward sales associate & assisted myself & father greatly in looking for a vehicle. The service & hospitality provided by both Dave as well as the rest of the Fullerton staff was amazing & would inquire about purchasing a vehicle from here again in thew future as well as recommending others to do the same due to my experience.

Great experience!

I called on the phone one day to ask a few questions, Lou helped me out, I asked for him that night at the dealership, total professional the whole time and not pushy, I like that. Excellent Vehicle

Lou was an excellent sales associate. He did not push me into any vehicle that I did not want. He allowed me to purchase what I WANTED.

It was my best experience!!!

I have dealt with Juan M.Munoz for the pass two years.(bought 2 vehicles from him) great experience both times He was helpful and very knowledgeable on every car. I will recommend Juan to my friends. Thank you Juan and Thank you FULLERTON!!!!

Overall I had a wonderful experience and time

David was very helpful and friendly guy. David had the car ready and time for a test drive. The only thing brakes 50% was okay. But I definitely had a quick and easy process at Fullerton Dealership and David did a great job. Thanks again stay blessed!

Great experience

Second time leasing from here horrible first experience but wow great job by manny on changing my mind. Glad he did. Great experience this time around!! Manny was helpful and very knowledgeable on every aspect of the the vehicle I was leasing.. This guy is a good example of how some sales reps should be.. Great group of people. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys will definitely come back and recommending this place to all car shoppers

excellent customer service

I have dealt with Richard Zeller in the past with other vehicles I have leased and he is a very knowledgeable salesperson. Richard knows how to work thru his sales management team to aquire the best deal for the vehicle your looking for. He has your best interest in mind. I highly recomend him and the Fullerton dealer for your vehicle needs.

It was a pleasant experience!

I recently bought a Grand Cherokee from Fullerton using USAA's Car Buying Service, the price for the new car was pretty much pre negotiated, if it did not involve a trade-in, it would have been a perfect experience. But overall, the whole process was a pleasant one. Salesman Rich Zeller showed me all the electronic features in the car and introduced me to the service department before letting me drive off the lot. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer my friends to Rich.

2014 Cherokee Sport

I got lucky and had Jason help me with the purchase of my new car, he was great at explaining all of the equipment included in my vehicle. He also did a great job walking me through all the steps of the purchase. The fact that I know that I can go to the dealership and talk to Jason with any questions about my new vehicle is very comforting.
