My new truck

Horrible service this time.

I financed a vehicle from here I didn't even have the car a month when my fiance was hit from behind very bad. The insurance company along with my gap insurance paid the car off because it was damaged beyond repair. But when I tried to get another car they told me that I needed to put more money down after I just got the car paid off the service this time was beyond horrible??? they were not trying to work with me at all. My money I put down less then 30 days ago just went down the drain lesson learned.

Marquez we appreciate your review. We did everything we possibly could to try and get you into a new car after your accident as this is what we do. The bank required a certain percentage of the purchase down to get you back into another car the same as when you got into your first car. A lot of times we can do loans with no money down but unfortunately this was not the case. I am sorry we were not able to help you. Please contact in the future and we will try our hardest to assist you.

Store has a nice feeling

Store has a nice feeling, all of the guys were really helpful in getting us the car we wanted. Mike's the guy who can work it out. So if you need a car and you THINK your credit is bad, he is highly recommended

Pete and Ray Nelson the BEST!!

Went to Auto Enterprise for my first car. I was lucky enough to meet the BEST Salesman PETE!!! Pete showed me how the process worked, explained my options as a first time buyer and helped me pick out the PERFECT CAR!! I could not be happier with my experience at Auto Enterprise. Pete was AWESOME and so was the sales manager RAY NELSON!!

Splitting Hairs

I will say I could have tried harder to call yet having my cell phone shatter with no service and not being able to make personal calls at work, Auto Enterprise takes no responsibility either for their actions as I had had the vehicle only 60 days and they received word my Insurance was cancelled and yes it is true and although I had no LAPSE in Insurance, I failed to inform Auto Enterprise however since my phone went to VM each and every time and NOT calling me at work to find out what was going on and why they received notice of a cancellation, NOT calling my job and me not informing them caused a repossession to take effect leaving ME with a $499 repossession fee (although they said to get vehicle back they would waive the one payment and 2 others and only access a Repo Fee) It's B******T as they could have absorbed 1/2 the cost yet did not and LEFT ME with the $499 going on the back end of my loan. Also...BUYER BEWARE...they are charging me 29% Interest due to my bad credit. YES, I have bad credit yet the loan % was not disclosed at time of signing, "We got you Approved" yeah at twice the cost, so am I happy, yes AND no all in the same sentence... BUYER BEWARE....

Greatest Experience EVER at A Car Dealership!!

My husband and I went car shopping today and we had the best experience ever. Alexis was just wonderful!! She listen to what we needed within our budget and made it happened. We were treated as family and much respect. I honestly would recommend Auto Enterprise to all my friends and family. If you think is to far of a drive; you will be surprise how much it will be worth it. I thank you Alexis for your professionalism and great customer services skills. Oh, by the way I also want to thank Ray :) for being fast on his feet LOL!
