Brian was full of positive energy and very helpful.

Brian was full of positive energy and very helpful. The environment he created made us at ease. Give that man a raise.Taylor the finance guy was very thorough and helpful explaining the different programs available. Taylor was able to give us a better interest rate than the banks. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I bought the VinFast V8 plus from Jacob’s Mitsubishi New

I bought the VinFast V8 plus from Jacob’s Mitsubishi New Port Richey. The car from first day has issues makes noise at the rear wheels there front left window. It didn’t work and many issues at the screen. Also the suspension it’s so bad like you feel when is a little bum like a donkey Jacob from Mitsubishi has the worst service ever I was waiting about 40 days to check the car Venue the problems before I went there. I went Saturday. They supposed to fix my car and they left me without the car for four days. I called VinFast of US pick up the worst service ever. The agent said I don’t know because my manager is not here what you have to do with your transportation on Monday evening he called me and he said we can pay a a rental car for you, but if you understand, it was late because the next day evening, my son went there to take the car when we receive that. They didn’t fix the Spencer on interior wheels and also the door on the front who had issue it doesn’t open from inside. The worst dealer in the area.. Since October I took my car from them 1 day ago and the front window is not working again...Stay away from them...

Stay away from them !

Stay away from them !!! This is yhe worst company that I ever visited. I bought a VInFast8Plus and from the first day the car has issues. since six months I went taking dy of rom my work and loosing money to drive there and waiting tfix these issues. I was without car more than 5 days and nobody informed me about that, Two days ago I took the car from the service . Today morning I take the car I tried to open the front window and it doesn't work again and I have to leave my car with open window all day. I call them and a rude manager who works on Sunday he said to me I don't care and I will inform the General manager tomorrow....

I purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Corvette from Jacob's

I purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Corvette from Jacob's Mitsubishi. They agreed to repair scratches and properly serviced the vehicle. I brought the vehicle into their dealership and to date they have not help me at all and the Corvette is still damaged. I have contacted the manager and general manager of Jacobs and was not at all satisfied with the promises they made and have not kept. I am now forced to sue them in small claims court and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest that you go to another dealer to make your purchase!

I visited this store today and was blown away with how

I visited this store today and was blown away with how incredibly rude the saleswoman was. I couldn’t get her to demonstrate how the 3rd row works on a brand new outlander. Then I wanted to look at the used cars and she said “oh yeah if you need something bigger there may be a kia something over there with 3 rows, let me go put these keys back incase someone comes to look at this car. The gentleman that I was originally talking to brought her out after I asked to look at a car. I believe her name was Janet, she was not new according to the new guy she was a “pro”. She didnt even offer me a card. I guess she’s doing so well at your store selling to other people that she didnt need my commission. She never came back outside, never offered me a business card. Went to a different dealership that was able to show me cars.

WARNING!

WARNING! Jacobs Mitsubishi changed the purchase contract price we had agreed upon after they had taken my vehicle as a trade in. They gave me this story that they had computer issues and had lost the contract. That they were going to rewrite the contract. This was a huge red flag as I had offered them a copy of their so called lost contract that they had emailed me but they insisted on rewriting it. They further pulled my credit a SECOND TIME without my authorization (for the rewriting of their so called lost contract. We all know how credit drops each time it is pulled. Once I saw what the new contract was, I told them it was not the deal we had agreed upon and I was no longer interested in the deal. Quickly they reflected and went back on the original price. All this was done after they had accepted my car as a down payment and I took the new one. Then they emailed me a new contract, however on the second page the interest they wrote was a lot higher and the total monthly payments had also increased. I called them up again and told them none of the numbers they wrote on the rewritten contract were what I had agreed to. I repeat; I had NOT AGREED with the changed terms and I no longer wanted to deal with them. I told them to take their car and give me my car back. That is when the Brazilian sales told me that my car had already left to be auctioned and I had to pay them $3,000.00 if I wanted my car back. It is against the law to sell the car of a purchaser when you don't have a completed deal. I further told them they needed to return my car no matter where they had taken it to and that I would not pay any amount for them to bring the car to the dealer. I waited on their call to pick up my car and return the one they falsely tried to sell me. I then received a written message from Javier that if I didn't return the car they would report it stolen!!!! A car they gave me the keys to. I could understand reporting it as a repo but STOLEN? Yet not a word about returning my car. Javier went as far as telling I would be deported. Let me make it clear, that simply because my English is limited doesn't mean I can be conned nor will I be intimidated as I have all legal and proper documentation to be in the USA. I have a work permit and have been working hard to earn my way and not live off of any government project. I didn't know that the car sales men at Jacobs Mitsubishi were also Homeland agents. If they were they would have known my legal status. Trying to intimidate buyers and switching contracts while increasing the interest and monthly payments is dishonest and illegal. I did return their car which I even video taped in fear that these crooks would deny that I returned it. It has now been 12 days and my car has not been returned to me. I have missed 12 days of work as I have no transportation nor can I afford to take an Uber as these con artists are not returning my calls. I need my car back, your assistance is urgently needed as I have financial responsibilities to comply with. My credit is being affected as Jacobs Mitsubishi have maliciously tried to con me.
