Worst place Ive ever dealt with- do not buy from this dealer. They are selling cars with bad parts, transmissions issues etc. They are yo-yo scamming people out here big time and will not pick up the phone or return your calls. Ive reached to numerous managers and still nothing!!

2 hour drive in solid rain, 2 calls from dealer before we left, got there and the vehicle wasn't there. Absolutely no regard for people. Trash, trash ,trash.

Recently I spent several hours negotiating to purchase a 2019 Audi RS5 VIN WUAPWAF59KA905455. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced with a cheap aftermarket one. The right rear wheel is bent and a window seal was leaking. It seems very unlikely that these items were not found during the dealership's inspection of the vehicle. Furthermore, they're advertising the vehicle with Dual Stainless Steel Exhaust w/Chrome Tailpipe Finisher which is not accurate. In my opinion this is false advertising and had I known a $4,000 major component of the vehicle had been removed I would have not spent the hours negotiating a purchase. I would also not have incurred the inspection cost of $281.40. I reached out to the general manager to request a refund of the inspection fee. He had a low level manager, Josh, call and berate me. Josh admitted he had not read the inspection report and claimed their cars are safe and sold "as-is". I was completely okay with purchasing the vehicle "as-is" but the car is not safe with a bent wheel and the vehicle advertisement that I had responded to was false and misleading.

Jacobs Mitsubishi is the most professional car dealership that I have ever conducted business with anywhere. Purchasing a car from them was a wonderful experience. After visiting two other Mercedes dealers the staff at Jacobs Mitsubishi was extremely professional and not aggressive. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Johnny. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Johnny exceeded them in every way. He truly found me a great deal for the car that I wanted. Johnny is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the Mercedes brand and will know the answer to any question. He made getting one of the most attractive cars on the road today, the 2017 SL550 easy and enjoyable. I now own the best automobile that I have ever driven. Johnny went above and beyond what is expected from a salesperson and I would highly recommend him to those who want buying a Mercedes Benz a real pleasure.

I spent 37 yrs managing new automobile dealerships in Pennsylvania. I was looking for a year end close out deal and I knew it was going to take an outstanding salesperson AND JOHNNY MET THE REQUIREMENTS ON EVERY SINGLE LEVEL AND I WILL ALWAYS SEND FRIENDS & relatives to him!

Bought my car online, got it here and my dealership here found two major structural issues with the car. None of them reported thru carfax or the dealer. First was the structural frame on the bottom. And that cost me over 3k to fix. Next will be the roof. Complete tear off needed. Also car has been over sprayed and was one step from being a salvage. Not sure I am going to fix all that. I was so disappointed as I was so detailed about the issues these cars have and about any damage. I was lied to! Will never buy a car like this again and would not recommend buying a car this way from Jacob’s Mitsubishi. Totally more interested in getting this car off the lot than being truthful and good people. Did a positive review before receiving the car and was thrilled, when it arrived and was inspected here is when I should have done the review. I was just sick over this. I guess I was Pavels sucker!

We bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee with both bad heads and locked transfer case.

Dealership is clean staff is very knowledgeable. Went above to help me get back in a car after everything that happened. Can’t thank them enough.
