We purchased from out of state. The process went as good as I could’ve imagined. On the day of pick up, we had a few issues and ultimately the delay was due to them doing everything they could to make everything right. Good to work with.

Our experienced with Debora was over the top, and amazing! Her main focus was getting us what we wanted, and felt comfortable with, no pushy attitude, very respectful, and funny. We felt like if she was one of our close friends. Her hard work , and dedication was so good that we ended buying 2 cars instead of one. We were looking to trade our Tahoe in and RJ Cooper is who we dealt with and HE WAS EXCELLENT!!! I don’t think anyone could have been better, he was very easy to talk to, understanding as well as helpful, I had a stroke back in 2009 so my memory is not great but he was so understanding! If I could give them negative stars I would, they lie and then blame the customer. You’d think if you ask for something specific they’d be able to say I have that or don’t, not just show you something different and distract you, mess up the forms and lie about it. Wouldn’t recommend them to people I hate.

Called multiple times, been told I’d get a call back as I’m waiting on the resolution that was promised on April 18th. Will gladly wait to hear about the resolution of installing aftermarket on a new car with contract saying it won’t void warranties etc but once again haven’t gotten any responses recently and asking me to reach out again rather than contacting me is lazy.
