Appointment was day of the massive IT outage and their computers were down, instead of turning me away, they performed the maintenance and we handled everything later once the system was back up. Excellent customer service!

Chris was absolutely the best service rep I have ever

Chris was absolutely the best service rep I have ever come across in my many years of owning Jeeps. My wife and I found ourselves in a dire situation while traveling accross the country this summer. Our Jeep developed a serious engine problem as we were approaching the Dallas area. We were able to make an appointment at the Frisco Jeep dealership the day after we arrived. Chris understood our dilemma and was able to have our car serviced and repaired within 24 Hrs. We were back on the road the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chris as a service desk contact to anyone who lives in the Frisco area. Thanks Chris! We appreciate your (and your teams) excellent service!

Poor service at this location. The service area is bare- lack of advisors there to help. Long waits. General bummer of an environment, not customer service oriented. Estimate provided was way overpriced compared to other mechanics.

Took forever to get anyone to answer the phone e.

Took forever to get anyone to answer the phone e. And once I did I was transferred around like a hot potato until Logan in parts helped me all the way through and didn’t transfer me anymore.

Caleb never left his desk or introduced himself, never thanked us for our business or even acknowledge us for that matter while we were standing with David the salesman and the finance guy adjacent to his desk. Was originally told we had the buy a car protection plan with the vehicle. Salesman David was great. Also met the general sales manager Aaron briefly and he was really nice too.
