Oil change

No qualms, was waiting for service to be done, efficient. Service advisor was helpful, clear and courteous. Facilities were clean and adequate. Will probably come for service again.

7 days went by before they contacted our warranty company

7 days went by before they contacted our warranty company (Ethos Group - most expensive warranty $7,000, and we were told by the dealership there were no exclusions) who then went on to deny our claim for a faulty back window leaking on the 2022 Ram Trucks (class action lawsuit was filed then dismissed). Since they waited so long, we incurred rental charges for 7 days that we had to cover ourselves. Also, the part they installed below the window was just hanging there and laying near the floorboard...it wasn't even attached to the wall of the cab. It was a $200 part that cost us $1400 for them to 'install' that wasn't even installed. My husband had to install it correctly. We won't being buying Dodge again, nor Ethos warranties

It was great working with Ravi to purchased a used Ford

It was great working with Ravi to purchased a used Ford Expedition. He worked to make it a fast and efficient purchase. Additionally, the next day there was an issue with one of the tail lights. I brought it back to them and they easily fixed it with no problems. Very, very thankful. They stand by their word that they are going to take care of their customers.

Great Service Department

The team at Frisco CJDR really does a great job of getting the customers in and out of their shop quickly. My truck needed 30k service and it was out in less than 2 hours. Great job guys!!
