Terrific experience from sales to service.

Simply put this team - from Mike Anagnos in service to Sal and the Chiavelli's - is top notch. You will appreciate being treated like a valued customer. Professional and Pleasant

I recently bought a 2013 ATS from another dealership; I called Herb Chambers Lynnfield relating to a recall item; not only did they complete the recall item they checked a few concerns I had about the vehicle. Michael Anagnos was extremely knowledgeable about the ATS and answered my questions thoroughly. He was also very patient as I asked many questions relating to the vehicle and many were general questions not related to service issues. I found him to be a total professional who went above and beyond; getting back to me several times during the day with updates. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Also I wanted to mention that a company is only as good as their employees and Herb Chambers is fortunate to have an employee like Michael representing them. Patty B.

Superb service.

I didn't have an appointment but I needed immediate help with my car on a Saturday morning. I was able to leave my car for the day and I was given a loaner car. By the end of the day was car was completely serviced and ready to go. Great job by the service department at Herb Chambers Cadillac.
