Great Service

I brought my cts in for service and had a great experience. The staff in the service department was courteous and had an air of really wanting to be there on a Saturday afternoon. Makes me look forward to my next car service. Thank You.

Always a pleasant trip for service.

Always a pleasant trip to Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield. I didn't buy my car there, but rather moved to the area from out of state, and they couldn't have taken better care of me on each trip.

Michael (service manager) was great to deal with, very courteous and professional from the time I drove in with my vehicle for service. Thoroughly went over my vehicle to ensure any issues other then what I asked to cover would be diagnosed.

Great service!

March 18, 2015 was my first visit to Herb Chamber's Service Department in Lynnfield for an oil change. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy given to me by Michael the Service Manager and Sal. I was graciously welcomed by Sal when I entered the Bay. I would definitely return.

Great Experience!!!

Stephen Chiavelli was great to work with! He was very helpful, knowledge and friendly. We bought a 2012 SRX and have no regrets. When we are ready to upgrade Ill certainly be looking for Stephen!
