Great customer service

I had already walked out of 2 different dealerships with a very sour experience. Lynnfield Cadillac changed that. The Sales mgr was easy to deal with via the phone and understood where we wanted to land for a fair price. They also respected the research that we had done on the internet and we felt they were fair in their pricing strategy. The sales person was also excellent - keeping me informed about the timing of the process, performing excellent follow through with the car items, providing me with hands on demonstration for the car user experience. I was very pleased with everything and felt I was truly a valued customer. I will definitely go back in the future.

Great experience

Richard Dooling was our salesperson. He was very knowledgable about the ATS. He asked some questions first, then knew exactly what I was looking for in a new car. There was no pressure on his part or any of the other people we dealt with. We negotiated the price and trade in valve with no hassles, which was a pleasant surprise. Richard took care of all the paperwork so all I had to do was pick up the car. Great experience.
