I highly recommend Auto Collection of Murfreesboro to anyone in the market for a good used car. I liked that they were not pushy at all. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Being a female that knows little about cars, I came away feeling these guys are honest and trustworthy. I love my car. I know I got a good dependable car at a great value. If you're in the market for a used car, this is the place you should go.

These guys have taken a dilapidated former used car facility and turned it into a very upscale operation. The facility and inventory are both first rate. When I purchased a used Mercedes 560SL there was a problem with the top. They replaced the top and saw that it operated correctly. In sum,. they say what they will do and then go the last mile to do it. I would recommend anyone to purchase from Auto Collection where integrity is top notch.

I purchased a great ml350 with trade and live out of state without any problems. Communication was great and they came in on Sunday to meet with me. I love the car and they gave me a very fair value for my trade. I highly recommend these guys and although (5+hrs away) would use again. They were by far the best deal and again gave me excellent value for my trade. They promised to send me a book for the car and followed up on that promise. Thanks guys

I was in the market for a nice Cadillac DTS and working out of state. Found one on their website one night and emailed them to contact me. 0700 the next morning Hans emailed and called. I explained that I was very pressed for time due to my travels and he waited late for me to test drive the car. I inspected, test drove and bought the car all within about an hour. The entire staff stayed with us to ensure we were completely satisfied before we drove off. I highly recommend Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. Awesome car for an Awesome deal.

I went and looked at a car on Saturday and bought it on Monday. Very easy and smooth process. When I went back to pick the car up they had done a little extra (washing floor mats and cleaning head lights) without me asking. Fred and Hans were very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone there for their car purchase.

Went to the dealership to check out a 2010 Nissan Titan. They have a great staff. I was not pressured into buying the vehicle. They really take care of there customers. I sent Auto Collection an email on their website to find the availability of the 2010 Dodge Avenger we had noticed on their site earlier in the month. TWO MINUTES LATER, I received their call. They were willing to wait for us that evening to make the 40-minute drive even though it was almost 7p.m. when we got there. We loved the car, and Hans and Fred were easy-going, down-to-earth guys who made the buying process a pleasure. There were a couple of issues that needed to be resolved with the car, but they were more than willing to take care of those. In fact, I am writing this in their comfortable, clean waiting room using THEIR WiFi to which they helped me connect while I wait for my car's AC to be fixed. The shop floor has to be the cleanest I have ever witnessed. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Buying a car from Auto Collection was a pleasant and speedy process. Hans was easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy either the vehicle or the usual hard sell on all of the extras like warranties, paint protection, financing, etc. They worked quickly to resolve nearly all the issues I had with the vehicle and had it ready when promised. Their follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality vehicle at an affordable price.

The guys there didn't try to oversell us and there vehicles were priced very reasonably. Its rare to go car shopping and not feel smothered and pressured into buying, and we did not feel either of those . If they don't have what you want they will find it. I went to them with what I was looking for and within a week we had exactly what we were looking for. Auto Collection will be my source for car shopping from this point forward.
