Great People!

Great people they answer calls and work with whatever issues you may have. I had a few issues and they put more money into work than what it was worth due to “making sure the customer is happy.” My brother also bought a truck there and it was great! Highly recommend you go to them for a used or newer vehicle!

the guys at motorcars were great. I went in aprehensive but the guys really made me feel at ease. Got a great vehicle for cheaper than even I thought I would. Will definetely reccomend this company to anybody I know.

Great service

Hello me and my wife were shopping online for a BMW We found one located at motorcars of Kalamazoo. I sent a email and right away the general manager Keith responded. He made us an appointment to test drive the car. The next day I showed up with my wife and drove the vehicle we loved it instantly the car was clean well inspected and taking care of had new tires on it new brakes on it we loved it. Should have kept looking

To start, this car salesman doesn't have his stuff together. Called and stopped about a different car and got no response. My husband called and accidentally made an appointment for the same car in both Kalamazoo and Lansing because it was listed at both places with different VIN #s. Luckily we went to Kalamazoo 1st where it was. After arriving it didn't have all the options listed such as remote start and a few broken items. Keith agreed to fix them, install remote start and help me get a rear interior tray that was missing. After a week they called to say car was complete but of course it still didn't have missing handle, stopped multiple times (20 minutes away) without them having parts. Took a month to get title, 2 months I'm still without a tray and he handed my husband the box with handle because he didn't have time to deal with it. Now I have to go to an actual dealer to try and get my part (because we are "still looking" but I won't pay for a new one for you), and get a 2nd key for my husband. Don't waste your time here.

Worst customer service imaginable

I show up to the lot, Keith King gives me a valet key to test drive the Audi A5 I end up purchasing. I sign all necessary paper work, get the car insured and after I’m getting ready to leave the lot with my new purchase, Keith informs me that they do not have the original key, only the valet key (hunk of plastic and door key that is easily broken in the door lock during the cold winter months of Michigan, AKA I often couldn’t get in my car ). However he insured me that he would order the Audi key that day and have it delivered to my doorstep to then be programmed. Four days pass and I call for an update. Keith explains that he has his “key guy” searching for the proper key to be order out and to be patient. I call back on roughly day 8 “ the key has been purchased and is shipping in route, will be arriving within the next few days”. Roughly Day 14 after purchase “the key will be in next Wednesday (Day 19). Keith than informs me that I will need to drive my car to their Lansing location to pick up the new key and take it to an Audi dealer to be programmed (not delivered as promised; later I discover only an official Audi dealer can program the key). I than pick up the key which is not an official Audi made key but rather a knock off one purchased off of EBay. Even so I take the key to the dealership to be programmed, wait for an hour and a half for the service to be done only for Keith to call me after my wait and say “they can’t program the key to your car, I guess they need a real Audi OEM key to make it work. The Audi dealer wants to charge me for today’s labor”. DO I CARE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU!!! I didn’t leave the Audi dealship until Keith gave them all billing info to charge Motorcars of K-zoo for that days labor, an official Audi OEM key and the labor costs for the 2nd programming attempt. Cost Motorcars of K-Zoo roughly 500$ to make things right, still don’t have my key until a week from now. Never will I recommend this place to anyone, what a joke.

Great experience!

My buying experience at Motorcars of Kalamazoo was great! Keith made it so easy and was a pleasure to deal with. I received everything I asked for and more. The best experience out of all my vehicle purchases by far - I highly recommend Keith at Motorcars of Kalamazoo!

Prompt and beautiful new car.

There is more than meets the eye at motorcars of kalamazoo. Ive never purchased a used vehicle before always went with something new.....but I decided to go for a 2014 ats Cadillac and I am very happy with the process and the vehicle. Michael and Dustine really gained my trust on this purchase and I would recommend the dealership to anyone!

Great service, great selection of vehicles
