We had plans to meet with a salesman at 10am on a Saturday. We drove an hour to be there and he never showed up. Didn't even call!! Waited for 30 minutes and just nothing. Complete waste of time and energy. Car was in Lansing and guy promised us to have it in Kalamazoo Saturday morning. He even said 9am was good. Obviously no respect for someone's time. Would never recommend them to anyone or return no matter what the deal.

Wonderful customer service and sales man Keith king is very helpful and did everything he promised to help me and my family out. Vehicle's are clean and nice and set at great prices i highly recommend then if your looking for a great vehicle. Our kids had a blast there and were treated with respect by everyone and were able to watch cartoons and not get bored. super friendly and outgoing receptionist who was very helpful with everything.

I bought a vehicle from this place, everything went good. The car runs good with no problems. I had a mechanic check it out and they did the financing for me. I would buy another vehicle from them.

We found a truck on their website. When my husband called about it they quoted him a higher price. We went back on the website that night and the higher price was then listed. We got them to meet us halfway between the two prices. Told us we were getting a good deal on a really good truck. We've had the truck for 2 months and it's been in and out of the shop since with engine problems. To top it off, they sold it to us without having the title in their possession and they still have not received the title. Their 109 point inspection is bs because they had to of known there was problems with it. We had it a little over a week when we had to put it in the repair shop. Stay away!

Keith King will promise you the moon just to make a sale. Absolutely ridiculous how dirty our vehicle was when we went to purchase it, even after he "promised" to have it detailed. Still have not received the spare key he promised two years ago. The car had many problems with it that were easily covered up until about a month later. Please take a mechanic to look over vehicle before you purchase it. He's a very pushy salesman! Do yourself a favor and visit a REAL car lot!

Me and my wife had been searching the net for a newer f-150. They had a 2010 that was very clean with only 64k on it for only 18900. So me and my wife drove 2 1/2 hours to see the truck and when I got there the Truck was right out front super clean and looked great! The rest of the cars were very nice as well mostly newer cars and trucks. We didnt even make it inside before the General Manager Keith had came out and greeted us at the door. After we told him which vehicle we were intrested in he went a grabbed the keys and brought the truck to the front door and put a plate on it. The truck was great no problems so when we got back we told him we would take it and he asked if we needed help with finacing. We recieved the best rate possible and was driving home our new F150 within a hour no thats what I call customer service I have never seen before.
